Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Collier Township

Never been humiliated like I was here. A short gentelman of hispanic descent who took my order and an African American gentleman at the cash register were making fun of my clothes. I'm a nurse and was wearing my scrubs with a bright yellow shirt, they began snickering that they needed sunglasses and that it was too bright for them while I was trying to make up my mind on what to order. I asked for certain items to be held on my order and the snickering and laughing began again. I'm sorry I dont like Sauerkraut, is that a crime? I dont think I so, is it horrible that i added mustard? No!

After paying 14 dollars for a hoagie, I feel completely ripped off.

I will never step foot in your establishment again. There are plenty of other places to eat that dont abuse or make fun of thier customers.

Thought I would give this place a second chance since the first Time the person who made my sandwich didn't even change his gloves after ringing the register and handling money. I go in. I order a BLT, the guy with the blonde ponytail slices the bread and puts it to the side. I stand there like an idiot for about 6 to 7 minutes. All the while everybody else is getting their food and I finally say what's going on with my sandwich and he replies. Don't worry I didn't forget about you and then the kid next to him grabs some bacon and makes my sandwich. So this entire time I was standing there like an idiot I could have had my sandwich made if he had just communicated to the two kids just standing there.. No apologies nothing. I have my favorites, but I'm a huge fan of the "#13, The Original Italian" done Mikes Way with extra oil and vinegar. I recommend ordering from the Online App. Usually there's really no wait and the order is ready by the time I drive there from Walmart or around there. I made the mistake of going in the Wednesday before Thanksgiving; the line was long and almost to the door. The staff was working as fast as they could go so there was a bit of a wait which wasn't a big deal breaker for me. If I would have ordered thru the app, my food would have been ready, but it was my mistake and certainly not that of the staff.
