Another visit.
Terrible customer service. Employees can't take an order correctly. This is why everyone uses apps. Manager sitting at a table on phone then interviewing some poor condemned soul... while the ketchup dispensers are empty. They no longer have fresh brewed tea. None of the sandwiches had melted cheese slices. You can't cook it 30 seconds to melt the cheese? No potatoes again. Other manager ripped off the "We need $1's" sign after employee told another employee they needed it. 🤣 They never have potatoes. Was rudely told "No" after I asked if I could get one. No sorry. Nothing. This place has become a joke. Crumbs all over the dining room. Again... you specialize in burgers and can't melt cheese on a burger? 🤣 Terrible. 🍔

The review below is old, but this place keeps getting worse. No potatoes, soggy fries. Ridiculous wait times. Incorrect orders. It is absolutely terrible any more.

Tonight, I ordered on the app for pickup via the drive-thru. Got in line, and two Neanderthals ordered using the speaker. They must have had a lot of everything or asked a lot of questions. Both of their orders took a very long time to place. When I got to the speaker to say I had a mobile order, no one said anything for quite some time. No "hello," no "I'll be with you in a minute," no "take your time to look at the menu," not even a "go [expletive] yourself." 🤷♂️
Pulled up to the 1st window as instructed, and the lady told me an order total that wasn't mine. I said I had the mobile order, and she said "oh" and shut the window. 🤣 I like to get my paper receipts so I can scan them with the Fetch app. I was not offered a receipt.
It was quite some time until the Explorer in front of us moved. I wondered aloud if they were birthing, raising, and butchering the calves in there for our burgers.
Marty McFly and Doc Brown couldn't have sped up the situation.

There was one employee sitting in the parking lot and no supervisor. According to the employee, supervisor was not present and didn’t communicate at all. Severely unprofessional, but what can you expect nowadays from fast food? They lack proper customer service skills.
Today, she attempted one last time to get us breakfast. This time she had an unprofessional employee and an even worse supervisor! The employee who took her order never mentioned the deal was over. Even when my mother stated she wanted the $1 Honey Biscuit Chicken. She still didn’t say anything and charged us for the new price, then told her to drive up and wait. When my mother noticed the pricing difference on the receipt she walked up and knocked on the door. Since they decided to keep it locked.
The employee told her, “Oh well, we won’t be making it anyways. We ran out of the honey spread for the biscuits.” While my mother demanded her refund, the supervisor was in the background mumbling insults about my mother. Like as if she can’t hear her? Read moreWe went through the drive thru and over paid and never got a receipt to see what the problem was. The kid was very nice but very overwhelmed so he over charged me by over $2. I went into the place to tell the assistant manager (the other manager was on break) and he acted like I was dumb because "that's what the receipt says it is"... I kindly said it's wrong how does 4 items under $2 ea. Add up to 9.80? Even with tax it wouldn't because at would be little over $8. He continued to act like I was dumb which I didn't take very well so I took the receipt and told him I'll look at it at a table and then when I see what happened I'll tell him. I didn't even sit down before I noticed they charged me full price for the kids meal that should have been 1.99. So I went up and he just said cash or card. No apology (except from the kid) no nothing from the assistant manager who was way in the wrong. He definitely needs some managerial classes or something.
