The 2 star review is based the combination to two different experiences...
The first experience with Shandice is 5 star. She is the sales person that we first dealt with and she was GREAT. We purchased all major appliances for our remodel and she did an amazing job finding what we needed and the best possible price. She worked very hard to beat the prices at Home Depot who was having a holiday sale at the time. FANTASTIC SUPPORT AND ASSISTANCE.
The second experience is 1 star. When the items were delivered there were damages to the dishwasher and refrigerator. They preplaced the face of the dishwasher but not the handle unit which was also scratched. They said it was too expensive because the item was discontinued. VERY DISAPPOINTING. The refrigerator was actually a floor model that we did not see in person while shopping. Shandice sent us pictures and everything looked good, but the pictures were not of every angle. When the refrigerator was delivered, there was a dent is the side of the bottom drawer close to the handle. THIS WAS NOT IN THE PICTURES. The owners told us because it was a floor model that there was nothing they could do. However, we would NEVER had agreed to the purchase it if the dent was visible in the pictures. THIS MADE THE ENTIRE EXPERIENCE VERY DISAPPOINTING. We now have a new kitchen remodel with TWO damaged appliances that they refused to...
Read moreThis is in response to Ashley Smith’s review (my wife). I was doing all of the correspondence on getting a tech out to look at this drying machine.
Only one person has been responsive at the Collierville location and they haven’t picked up the phone since Wednesday.
It took a long time to get a copy of my receipt from you all. Over 24 hrs. And now Samsung is saying the receipt is invalid. They are saying that the machine was purchased on 2/23/22 (and warranty has already expired) when in fact it was 4/1/23.
I blame Samsung customer service as well. They have been awful.
I want to arrange a 3 way call with Luckys, myself and Samsung. This back and forth is not right. What also isn’t right is the inability to dry our clothes.
I will try again Monday morning.
