Wendy's — Restaurant in Collierville

Always a long line in drive through around meal time. Food is fine but I don’t know why it takes so long to place an order in the drive through. Spicy chicken wasn’t spicy at all. Enjoyed the baconator. Frosty machine always seems broken. Napkins were the hand towels used in the bathroom last time we went. Not sure what happened. Love the baconator. Have had 3 in the last 2 days. But they’re really short staffed at this location. Do not make the mistake of going inside and ordering if the drive thru line is long. I repeat do NOT go inside and order thinking you’ll save time. Even though the line is out to the road (which it typically is during lunch and dinner), it will be much, much quicker going through the drive through. There’s only 1 guy working the counter and the drive-thru is their priority. They’ll take one order inside and then go help deliver about 4 orders in the drive thru. Then he’ll come back and deliver 1 order inside at the pick up counter. And then do some more drive thru orders. And then come back and take another order inside. And then the cycle repeats. Customers inside were getting curious. I honestly thought a fight could erupt as the guy behind me kept telling the manager to get back to the counter and take orders for the inside customers which he refused to do. The one advantage of going inside of you're free on time and like to drink sodas is the refillable coke machine. I feel sorry for the guys working because they’re busting their behinds working. But the construction workers come here because it’s supposed to be fast food and they have a limited lunch break so I get when tensions are high. Free WiFi...

Christina, Edna, and the rest of the staff turned my bad experience with DoorDash around. I order $34.29 worth of food at Wendy’s (store #260) through DoorDash. Well, when my dasher got to my house with my other, I was missing over half of it. I asked my dasher where was the rest of my food and she got mad and told me that was all of it. I showed her everything I order and what I received. She snatched the bag of food I did receive back and told me to take it up with Wendy’s. She never gave me my food back and left. I tempted to call DoorDash and complain but I couldn’t find the number to talk to a live person. The chat text DoorDash person only refunded me $18.29 for my order. I was beyond upset because I didn’t get none of my food and they didn’t want to give me all of my money either. Well, I called up to Wendy’s (store #260) and asked them about my order plus I told them what happened with my DoorDash order and dasher. They told me that my dasher took off before they had the chance to give her all of my order. And if I came up there they would be happily to give me the food my dasher left behind. So when I got to Wendy’s to get my food they had not only did they give me the food my dasher left there but also the food my dasher took back from me. So Wendy’s remade my complete order and gave it to me for free. They went beyond their job to make me happy even when they wasn’t at fault. I am very thankful and grateful for them. I got out of the drive-thru line because it was not moving. So I went inside however it took them at least 5 minutes to take my order and when I did finally get my order they gave me old food I had to get them to remake my fries and I'm not sure why they didn't remake my hamburger as well, but by the time I left out of there the vehicle that was behind me in the drive-thru line was already gone! I should have just stayed in the drive-thru line. Due to the fact they literally forgot they had an order for me about whose job it was to make my order. They were very unorganized they were nasty they let their food just sit there so long to the point when somebody finally decided to take the empty the fries out of the fry basket but because it had sat out so long all the fries were stuck together. They tried serving me those fries and I told them absolutely not. I needed new fries so I don't know why they didn't remake my hamburger as well because it took approximately 10 minutes from the time and I told them I do not want those old fries and they would have to make me more fries. So I don't know why my they didn't make my hamburger a Baconator to be exact due to the fact it had been sitting there for at least 10 minutes. My food...
