Replacing an item you forget to give the customer is not fair. We spent money on gas getting there, time out our day to go to you. Now since our food wasn’t given to us we must now drive all the way back to the store to get what you forgot to give us. How fair is this? You need to makeup for lost time and money spent to even get to your store. Why not send a delivery person to us. Why must we pay more for your mistake. Oh just come back tomorrow. I don’t want your food tomorrow. We wanted it today. After soccer practice. Get the kid home and fed. Take baths, do homework. I don’t have time to go back to your store. Why would we eat Arby’s two days in a row. When you make a mistake you own up to it and go above and beyond to make it right. Not just give me your name and you can get it some other time. No. Give me my money back if I have to come back another day. I don’t want you on another day.
This has me so upset I didn’t even my own meal. Money wasted. As expensive as you guys are these days. The meal missing and my meal was near 40 bucks alone. Read moreI ordered the french dip meal with crinkle fries. And they weren't hot not even warm but cold. This location had four employees on the clock. They were just standing behind the front counter laughing and goofing off having a great time. My mom went up there to tell one that the ketchup dispenser was empty. He said that it would be refilled but never was unfortunately. The flooring and tables were filthy and gross. Their television is literally never turned on and screen appears to be ruined due to being sprayed with some type of cleaning product. Whomever paid for this building to be remodeled apparently doesn't honestly give a rats butt as to how the interior looks. And then cold food seriously? I expected way better. The employees should be reprimanded and retrained with threats of being fired if they don't comply. I've never seen such laziness and complete disrespect for a decent job. These kids want to work but not put any effort into actually working there 😡
I do not recommend anyone buy food from this establishment. And if you dare to dine here than you risk cold food which may or may not be completely cooked through. I would...
Read moreFirst off I’m always super polite, always please and thank you, the lady had attitude at the register said just let me know when you’re ready and then walked away for 5 minutes so we sat and waited at the counter, came back I ordered a large meal I was given a medium with paying for large. The guy doing drive thru yelled my name for the order I walked up to grab and said thank you with a smile I was given a dirty look, and ignored, also keep in mind we were the only two there and there was a single drive thru customer so being too busy was no excuse to be treated that way. I was at this same location a month or so ago with my mother and it was same empty place same employees that treated my mother and I poorly. I will still attend Arby’s just unfourtunate that I have to drive to my old home of Edwardsville to get treated worth a darn! Instead of the one that is less than 5 miles from my current residence.
