I called the restaurant to ask to speak to the manager to notify them that they forgot to place my fries in my order. All the manager kept repeating was all our orders are always complete and refused to give me a partial refund for the missing fries. The issue was I used a new app to deliver my food which was chownow because it was the only one available to deliver to me because the location was far away. Unfortunately this app doesn't have any way for you to dispute any missing items. The manager was rude and was acting like there was no way possible. They could have made a mistake when I told them repeatedly my fries was missing.and to issue me a partial refund. He acted as if he didn't care. Check your food for missing items first if you're getting a delivery.
Update: Even after the response from the owner Chownow customer support reached out to them again. They are still refusing to give me a refund for my missing item. It's about the principle. Why should I have to pay for something I never received. Don't act like you value your customers...

The waiting area was dirty, the service was a$$, dude dug around in the trash with no glove then went straight into the kitchen, they fuuuucā¬ed up my order; and then, oh yes sports fans it gets better, when I went back just now to have them fix their mess............ I was told that i had to come back when the dude who originally took the order into the world of barely edible was physically back again because this bitā¬h wasn't going to cover for somebody else's mistakes! I was so glad to be able to share this experience cince I doubt that it will ever be knocked off its thrown of the worst chicken wings & bustedburger I've ever choked down. I'd talk more about the taste left in the back of my mouth from the burger but y'allz got enouph to speak about in therapy...

Not only did l call my order in and was told my food would be ready in 10 mins. It actually took me 20 mins to get there and needless to say my food was not ready when l arrived. I was then told that āwhen you order over the phone we donāt make the food until you get here. This is because yesterday we had a someone order $200 worth of food and did not come in and we had to throw everything in the trash.ā Ok l understand that so donāt tell me that my food will be ready in 10 mins if this the new policy!
