Not the best experience at this location. As soon as I pulled up to the menu through drive through, the employee was very negative, When he came on the speaker he let out a long breath like I was bothering him. While placing my order, one of the items was a kids meal, I asked if he could make the roast beef slider like a beef n cheddar, meaning add cheese but before I could clarify he said no and didn’t even ask what I really wanted or meant. When I completed my order, the employee again let out a long breath like he’s been working so hard all day. At the window it did not get any better. The way the gentleman gave me my food was so rude, like he had been holding out for me to grab for ever. After I said thank you he said nothing and closed the window. I checked my bag and remembered he didn’t offer any ketchup or Arby’s sauce, so I tried getting his attention but he never looked my way. I had to pull around and go inside to ask for my condiments. The store was empty and no line in the drive through, he’s attitude was unexpected and un-called for. My family Loves Arby’s but this will be the last time this location gets my business. (Also our Beef N Cheddar and Ruben sandwich were smashed in the bag, not at all appetizing, the Ruben sandwich had one slice of bread hard like it was an old slice. Our curly fries looked liked they were from the bottom of the tray. First time we were disappointed in the quality of our meal from...
Read moreHealth inspectors need to randomly and more frequently inspect this Arby's (8th Street). The person in the back making the sandwiches was using her gloved hands to scratch her face, pull up her pants, touch multiple non food items, and her headset - not once did she change her gloves and she continued making sandwiches throughout all this. Restaurant was dirty. Young lady working the counter seemed to have listening issues, which resulted in communication issues. They seemed to be short staffed. You have to have a code to use the bathroom, the code they give you either doesn't work or is wrong. The have a sensor thing on the doors to let them know someone has come inside -it is painfully loud - you can buy one that has sensors on the door and the tiny speaker put somewhere else, so you can hear it in the back without damaging...
Read moreJanna at the 8th Street location store 6831 is the BEST cashier/cook EVER!!! My husband and I came in a little before 9pm and saw the food that had been sitting for awhile and after placing our order Janna asked if we would each like a water because it was gonna be a few minutes. Her and her coworker made everything fresh as we watched. What a GREAT experience. My husband has always seen Janna during the day when he picks me up lunch to bring to my office and he says she is always smiling and polite. That woman definitely deserves a RAISE!!! My husband and I will always continue to frequent this establishment as long as Janna is there with her Beautiful Smile and Welcoming Words. Thank You Janna for being AMAZING and Welcoming every time my husband and I come in for a quick lunch or late...
