They were very busy. I had ordered my sandwich wrong bit had only realized after driving away from speaker. The first thing I said to her when she opened the window was that we need to change the sandwich and although she did in a very nice personable plate way she made me go all the way back around to pick up food from the drive-thru which was understandable due to food times. But when I started to eat my fries they had this yellow mushy stuff in the center of them and I thought it was cheese at first but it turns out that the fries were still pretty Frozen they weren't even cooked all the way and I wasn't even allowed to get sauces for my fries nor my sandwich I was told that they're running short so unless my sandwich comes with sauce on it I cannot order a side of sauce.................. Read moreI'd give 0 stars if I could. Welcome to what is essentially an expensive Burger King, oh wait except Burger King has customer service... Multiple times at this location, which is sadly the closest to my home, I have had sandwiches incorrectly or sloppily made, orders completely switched, and unresponsive managers with no balls to actually help their customers with messed up orders. Don't waste your time or money because you won't get what you want AND then they will argue with you when you show them the problem and do anything to not remake another sandwich because they hate their jobs and existence. It's clear by their droll tone, lack of smile and sad attempt at customer service. Helloooo!!!! Your job is to make burgers and please customers, guess what!? She knew the whole menu basically like the back of her hand when I had asked her what was in some of y’all’s breakfast burritos she instantly snapped back with the ingredients she read them out clearly calmly and she was very professional throughout the whole entire experience. However the other lady that was in the back making my food, while I was ordering my food cashier named Christina was absolutely rude and disgusting towards me. When I had asked for for breakfast burritos she had said oh four breakfast burritos for this fatty. She deserves to be fired and should never be allowed to work for any customer service position within Carl’s junior.
