If you are going here just check your order before driving off from the drive thru window or before you leave the building. I’ve been here multiple times since it’s the closest Taco Bell to me and they literally have a track record of messing up something with the order every time but they sure will charge you the price of something and you get the less amount food from them. If you want just a tortilla they manage to just give you that, they not only mess up orders but skim on the amount of everything they are putting in the food you want. This location is hardly busy so why they manage to mess orders up who knows but it is seriously ridiculous and annoying. Franchise, management, whoever needs to get back to the basics and train there because I am not sure if it’s the person taking the orders or the line of people making the food but someone is always messing up in there. So sure go here but check your order because we all know how it is you go to a fast food place drive off, get home, get to work from a fast lunch break and the shits not right. Do better Garden of the Gods Taco Bell team. So this is my go to stop cause there is not another one close but I was forgotten at the drive thru for my order to get taken and it sounded like someone had their kids inside cause the dining area had a family with older kids so I guess if Taco Bell is bring your kids to work then that’s to me, I had to repeat myself several times for a basic order so clearly the order take was distracted. Then I get to the window and I guess it’s okay to be on your phone while in the drive thru window, still hear screaming and loud talking through the cracked window as the order taker is again struggle on the person behind me order and I was shocked she pulled out her vape and vape’d in the window in customer view!!! Work ethic and expectations have gone way down, that’s wild. But hey do you Taco Bell Do you, make that money if management is letting that ride go til the wheels...
Read moreThe only reason for my patronage to this establishment is because it is close to home, and I work late some days. I have sworn to never come back.
On a Saturday night I went through the busy drive thru and ordered multiple items, after waiting for about 15 minutes I received my order, pulled away from the window and my order was wrong. The only reason why I checked my order is because I always have 1 or 2 items missing when I arrive home and I never do anything about it. This time I was fed up with it, after seeing the long line on the drive thru which had taken me about 20 minutes to go through I decided to call the store. After informing the manager of the missing item she said I can go back through the drive thru because they can't unlock the doors. Time is MONEY, and I don't understand why I have to waste my TIME going back and waiting when it was THEIR mistake, not mine, not to mention my food would be cold by the time I repeated the procedure AGAIN. She said there was nothing she could do about it, therefore I went back through the drive-thru to return them their cold food, and to get a refund. I waited in line for my refund and after receiving my refund the manager on duty snatched the food from my hands in disgust. WHY would they be so upset, after all they were the ones to make a MISTAKE and refuse to RESOLVE it. Taco Bell shame on you for hiring mediocre staff that can't seem to find a simple solution to a simple problem.
I never wanted anything for free, or anyone to go out of their way for my order. All I asked for is that for ONCE they get my order complete. I understand when they are busy it takes longer, I UNDERSTAND, but what I don't understand is how or why it is so difficult to just do your job right. Never again will I spend time or money in this...
Read moreThis particular Taco Bell is my go-to for delivery and for stopping in and having a quiet taco and reading. However, today I'm a bit miffed. I know folks get slammed and it can be confusing. But for crying out loud people, pay attention to what you are doing. Last night I went through the drive-through and ordered a combo of three taco supremes and a diet Pepsi along with a bean burrito with no onion. I get home and low and behold my bean burrito is a cheesy bean and rice burrito. There was only me and one other car in line. How do you screw that up? Another recent incident involved me ordering a Mtn. Dew Zero (NOT the Baja version) and once again got the Baja, not the regular Mountain Dew Zero. Tonight, the screw-ups kept coming with a full-sugared Dr. Pepper delivered (so not my Grub Hub driver's fault) instead of a Diet Pepsi. I can't give them a good review today. I know places get slammed. I know it can be difficult with several orders to fill. However, not double-checking that the right order goes in the bag and the right drink placed with it will result someday in someone going off the deep end and screaming at the workers there. Please, folks, pay attention to what you are doing. Grub Hub is refunding me, but that isn't the point. Grub Hub is actually paying for when the employees at the restaurant screw up. Not a good look Taco Bell. Not a good...
