Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Terrible disorganized employees. We ordered two simple meals and were the only customers in the building. There were three employees behind the counter. The one who took our order wasn't paying attention and we had to repeat our order then she one of the drinks wrong. We sat down to wait and after 20 minutes I got up to question them and saw our food on a tray sitting on the counter while one was doing drive-thru, one was no where to be seen and the other was messing around in the back. I was able to get their attention and ask for our food. I asked them why it took so long and if they were prioritizing the drive-thru. The employee that was messing around in the back immediately became confrontational and said she didn't work drive-thru she worked the counter. I didn't even bother telling her she didn't help us at the counter at all. When we sat down to eat, the food was ice cold and they got one of the burgers wrong. Today we went in when and were the only customers and to our surprise still had to wait. We were shorted when we paid with cash. After reading reviews it seems like a common trend. I have had all my issues when joe the assistant manager was on duty; as he was the one who shortchanged us.I use to enjoy coming here, post covid I don’t. Maybe I’ll drive to woodmen location. Those employees have always been prompt and courteous. I went to order to go after we left and because the drive thru was slammed I was unable to order inside.The gentlemen behind me and I walked out. The look of complete fear in the managers eyes when theirs more than 3 cars is comical

Ordered 2 monster burgers Saturday night. 9:40 is the time printed on the receipt. By the time we got home , they were closed (they closed at 10) we took a bite of our $13 burger meal and all you could taste was salt. I took it apart and all you could see is all the salt layered on the patty. It was impossible to eat. It was disgusting, I called the next morning when they openned and JULIA the "GM" was very rude and impolite and told me that if she were to remake it that it would be the same so there's no point and made comments about why I didn't call the night it happened. However they were closed when the disgusting issue was discovered. Will NEVER come back to this location again. Absolutely disgusting and HORRIBLE service. And Julia didn't even try to make it right and didn't care one bit about a review about her horrible...
