I went to this restaurant with my group one night and there was about 22 people or so. The whole dine in experience took two hours as expected with a group our size. I ordered my food at the same time as everyone else and it took an hour just to get our chips. Then entrees started coming out 20 minutes after that. All I ordered was chicken curry. Everyone at the table were getting their appetizers, entrees, naan, and specialty drinks while I still had gotten nothing. I asked the waiter when my food was going to be ready and he said that they had forgotten my order. At this rate I was not going to get my food before the tables got done eating, which is what happened. I had to put my food in a to- go box because everyone had already finished eating. On top of that the price I paid for the food was not even worth the wait. I got my receipt and it said I had to pay $17.66 for my food and with a service charge for our big group. I asked the cashier Rajkumar if he could do anything to change my ticket or give me a discount and replied saying they can not change anything in the system until everyone's order was paid for. I said I would wait then. While I was waiting, the waiter Shawn came to me and said that he was so sorry for the service and paid the ticket off for me. I am very thank for that kind act, and he paid with his own credit card. The manager of the place did not even apologize for what happened. Never going back here...
Read moreI came for a visit to Colorado Springs for long weekend. I was hungry and went to Indian place for dinner, I ordered some naans and couple of veg and non veg curries and non veg biryani's and veg biryani, we are group of 7. This order was taken by an American guy and he is fine in handling customers and there are two girls serving along with him. My friend who ordered Veg biryani is not at all satisfied on what they gave, so he just call one short in those two and told that biryani is not good and not hot. she took it and we called the same girl for one more order. She was too rude at that time and she is directly showing her inpatience towards customers and argueing with us. I don't think she is good for this job. she has ability that she can run restaurant with expired stuff and she can make people sick.Very Bad attitude I have ever seen in USA. She is even discussing about us with her friend about the issue. This show how much manners and respect towards customers. Service is too poor and they charged us gratuity of 18 % in the bill which is not fare. If anyone visited this place Please DON'T GO FOR CHILLI AND NO SALT BIRYANI'S as well as PLEASE DON'T GO FOR NON-VEG CURRIES. #VERY POOR SERVICE #RIDICULOUS ATTITUDE#RECKLESS GIRL#I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IN MY LIFE...
Read moreMy former review of the restaurant at this location was for the Indian restaurant which was great. The current Chinese restaurant here is significantly less tasty.
The hot tea wasn't steeped at all before being brought out and had a single teabag which is just not enough to make the tea. The potsticker sauce just tasted off, and I have had many kinds of sauces. This was just bad. The potstickers themselves were unevenly cooked, and a bit bland, but not terrible. The crab rangoons were so greasy that they had no crunch to them and just squished. The filling was standard and okay. The chicken curry had far too large chunks and the sauce was ridiculously peppery (black pepper tasting, not like the green peppers present in the dish). My husband's fried rice was burnt tasting, and the peas and carrots in it were clearly from a bag of frozen peas and carrots.
Overall, while the people were very nice, they rarely checked on our table, and I can't get over the food. The only thing I liked were the crunchy noodles brought for a snack before our appetizers. Perhaps they will improve in the future as they are a new restaurant, but at this time I do not recommend...
