Not sure who is in charge of this location's operations, but Monday night (9/30/19) was a hot mess. I love Chipotle, even worked at one in Denver 18 yrs ago after high school. This was the worst experience I have ever had, and will not return to this location!! Took almost 45 mins for 2 burritos and then after that, the rice was crunchy! :( My kiddo and I were the 2nd family in line. There were literally 9 people on staff that I could see, 4 on the line and 5 in the 'kitchen'. ALL were standing there watching one dude prepare 1 container of steak, apparently they had run out. It was 5:15 when we arrived (Maaaaybe the start of the dinner rush) and not one other person had any idea what to do. (It was worse than a cliche' mall store full of 16 year old newbies.) When someone asked who was in charge as no one was moving, working, doing anything... the one guy chopping meat stopped and said, "I am, would you like to talk?" I spoke up and said, "No, you are the only one working right now. and we have been standing here for 25 plus minutes; we want to eat.." Everyone else back there looked at eachother and realized they had literally been standing there not doing anything and they all started moving. 25 MORE MINUTES later, (after they realized they had online orders also) we got our food TO GO and left. It was awful. I won't go back to that one...
Read moreI frequent this location as I am a driver for Door Dash, and today a little after 1 pm I came to pick up my order and was taken back, not necessarily by the service I received, but by the treatment I witnessed of one employee by another whom I presume was a manager or a leader of some sort. The young lady who was assisting me with the pickup of the on-line order that was placed for me to pick up was very pleasant & professional. She was doing a wonderful job when suddenly a blonde lady wearing a collared shirt, (which is why I presume she was a leader of some sort), came and literally PUSHED her out of the way and proceeded to complete my transaction. She didn’t say a single world to the first young lady. The other young lady looked surprised, as did all of the customers in the line, but just walked away and went to do something else. I don’t even think I could have handled such a situation so politely. I can’t rate my review any higher because I didn’t eat the food myself, but that was absolutely appalling, & I commend the young lady who was pushed for handling the situation so professionally. I don’t write a whole lot of reviews, but I do write them in hopes of someone who has some authority who can correct the behavior of the employee I mentioned. Certainly that is not acceptable in...
Read moreAfter only getting 3 hours of sleep working for 8 hours and then having to go to target to get some things all I wanted was to eat go home and sleep weather was starting to get bad raining turning to snow and I have been craving chipotle for weeks now. BUT….. Despite driving in the bad weather I went here, and I don’t even know why I’m rating them 2 stars just to be nice I guess. The guy at the begging of the service line was super sweet and didn’t toast my side of tortilla maybe he’s why this review is 2 stars. Going down the line the gal was not really rude but even though I told her I’d pay extra she refused me what I wanted. I don’t care if your corporate or franchised I work food and know for a fact when people pay for extra they can have it, then the cashier just threw my items in the bag and tossed my bag towards me. The meat in my bowl was cold the chips tasted very old and not good at all and I was refused to even pay extra for what I wanted. Good thing it was only close to 13.00 maybe more but definitely not worth it I won’t be back at this location. The cashier didn’t even offer a receipt and of course being cold tired and exhausted I forgot to ask. I’m going to do everything in my power to contact someone over this matter but the only proof I have is a statement on the card...
