Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

What can I say, it's a Domino's. Not the highest quality pizza under the sun, but it's good value, and they're quite reliable about their cooking times and quality control.

I personally have a soft spot for Domino's pizza, having gotten a lot of it when growing up and basically living on it during 2020 due to the good price:calorie ratio when one was just a block away. I willingly get extra pizza just so I can have leftovers, so perhaps I have a bias towards their particular flavor... but I've never regretted getting a nice pan pizza with white garlic sauce.

Rapid fire of options and opinions: Pizza: Pan crust is my favorite. The Hand Tossed and New York style crusts are also quite good, if that's more your style. I'd say the cheese stuffed crust is more of a gimmick, not worth the upcharge. I don't like red sauce but others seem fine with it. I'd say of white sauce, their white garlic beats their alfredo.

Toppings: I mostly get 'roni and sausage. 'Roni is better of those two, Extra 'Roni is arguably better than getting their little sausage prisms. Can't speak to any other meat or veggie options, but their cheese selection is solid across the board.

Appetizers: The garlic parm bites are mediocre. Stuffed cheesy bread and roni cheesy bread are great, I'll sometimes get them over a second pizza.

Alternative meal things: Baked Mac is solid, an occasional guilty pleasure, but the price/size ratio isn't quite there compared to the pizza. Sandwiches are decent but again, not worth compared to...

I give zero stars . I have been using this location for 16 years ... never, ever, have I been so mistreated by a manager, anywhere in my life. I will never order pizza from this location again. Kaylie was her name ... probably spelled it wrong but she is the manager ... I have never experienced such a rude person in my life. You lost this loyal customer . My advice to the owner of this dominos location ... get rid of Kaylie she is a very unpleasant toxic employee! I will be filling furthure complaints through bbb and all other platforms . Reading through the rest of the reviews, this attitude toward customers and no toppings on pizza, seems to be a normal thing for this location as of recently ! If you don't like you're job then quit but there is no reason to treat loyal customers like shhhhhht because you're not happy! And thank you Kaylie for ruining our family night ! I pray you find a job that makes you happy Kaylie! Pizza and customer service of any kind, ain't your calling! On top of the terrible, in store pick up experience, the 2 pizzas were trash ! Extra sauce means extra sauce not zero sauce and 4 tiny pieces of chicken on an entire chicken pizza is a disgrace . This locations has gone way way down hill . Put more thought into who you are hiring and who is reprensting your brand . It's pizza hut for us from now on . Even totino's frozen cheap pizzas puts this dominos to shame!...

I went online for the 49% off promo 4-9 pm. I went to pick up my order and walked in. It was full price. Now I was misled because the app directed me to go in to pay in the store because the app was appeared to be charging me full price. When the cashier asked for payment I asked if it were 49% off he stated only curbside. The cashier said he would ask the manager. The manager gave him a no, so I walked out and drove about six minutes to another store and started all over. So I get to the next store and I order for curbside and they come out and they charge me full price just like I thought would happen online. I asked the lady who brought my pizza to me to check and see why they did not honor their discount and she said she believed that that had ended so I asked for a full refund and I went in the store. The gentleman making the pizza asked what was wrong and he also stated that the promotion ended and at that time the promotion actually showed up on their screen which was good through the 12th being my order day was on the 10th. I stated to just give me a refund and at that time a manager walked in and they just didn't charge me for the pizza. I'm glad I got my pizza because I was hungry but I will not trust any more of those misleading advertisements if people cannot read dates that work there and honor those advertisements😉 ...
