Well, after reading a few previous reviews, my experience might be able to convince customers to be very cautious visiting this location. I visit this panda express several times recently, and was introduced with great customer, service, and food that was extraordinary.. you can tell from my previous experiences. The food was made with love as well as the customer service. However, one week ago, these experiences came all to an end. I purchased food once again and this time, they gave me an experience that I hope no customer will ever encounter. As my family prepared ourselves to for the meal, we discovered that our whole entire meals all raw meat. You could find animals in the wild with meat on their bones done better than this cook did. This location could’ve nearly did some serious damage to my family and I. I returned the food to this location to only here apologies and fake sorrow. The reason why this came across in such a terrible way, is the manager had the nerve to apologize but not refund the money. Clearly, with her own two eyes, she was able to see the raw meat in each plate. Normally I would never ask for a refund. However, when every order was cooked with raw meat, a refund is definitely necessary. So as a usual, manipulative, tactic that these restaurant locations use, they remade the food and acted like they felt so sorry about it.you see if workers and managers really care, this food would’ve never made it to the main line. Not to mention a double zero star goes out to the cook for his lack of ability to even care or check it. I witnessed elderly couples coming in after I return with the food. And thank God it was me that had this experience and not the next several customers that came in after I did. It goes to show you, that people could care less about the safety, the service and care of the customers . So my advice to any customer visiting this location, be very aware of your food that you buy and double check it.. especially the steak that is located on the very left of the main line. Me being in the food industry for years hopefully taught this location of lesson on how to treat people because they clearly don’t have it together. It’s a trend that’s going on with this manager at this location. Anyone who is refusing refunds of the customer and concerns of safety doesn’t deserve any star from me as a previous worker who strive to help customers in the past in the...
Read moreWe visited this location over an hour before closing, and they were out of almost everything, and we were told by the unpleasant young woman at the counter that they were only willing to make more orange chicken and honey sesame chicken, even though people were constantly coming in. There were three separate delivery drivers who were unable to pick up orders, even though the store had received them. The manager finally stepped in and told the people who ordered after us that he would make whatever THEY wanted (I didn't really want two fried items, but that's all they had at the time). We asked for water cups, and were given some, but the water dispenser (on the lemonade tap) was out of order. We finally got our food, which was partially cold, thanks to the counter person putting our chow mein into containers before the rest of the food was cooked. The chow mein was mostly vegetables, and very few noodles. The orange chicken (which we've eaten for years) was almost too hot to eat. But at least we eventually got our food. There were two young men waiting patiently for their order for a long time. The rude woman from the counter came by and asked if we were still waiting for our food (even though we had food in front of us that we had been eating for at least 15 minutes), and when we told her no, she asked the young men. Apparently their order had been sitting behind the counter for a while, but no one bothered to let them know. I'm sure it was lukewarm by the time they got it.
Then, about a half-hour before closing, the rude woman from the counter started putting chairs on the tables next to us (without wiping the tables first, btw). Not only was it loud, it was incredibly rude, as we were made to feel like we were being pushed to leave, even though they were open for 30 more minutes.
This is the second time we've visited that store in the last few months, and the previous time, while not as bad as this visit, wasn't great. Again, over an hour before closing, and half the items weren't available, and they wouldn't make more (specifically, the only side available was white rice, and half the main items were out). We chalked it up to inadequate staffing, but now I think it's just a poorly...
Read moreZero out of 10 absolutely would not recommend. Poor leader ship, poor service, absolutely no organization skills whatsoever! Placed an online order for pick up at 7:46 pm they said 10 to 15 minutes at most… I showed up a half hour late at 8:30 on the dot to pick up my food. It had not yet been prepared, there was hardly any food cooked, and my online order receipt was sitting on the countertop. Not a single employee in sight, all were outside smoking or doing whatever they were doing. I then waited 45 minutes for them to prepare my online order because they were out of practically everything that we ordered(only orange chicken and honey walnut shrimp) After a half hour of waiting for the honey walnut shrimp, they realize that they also are out of orange chicken! It was now an hour and a half past my kids bedtime who’s screaming inside of the store while we’re waiting, the two older kids are out of the house for the first time in 10 years for the night, and I had a date night planned with my husband for the first time and Lord knows how long because our marriage has really been struggling lately. I can’t tell you how much I was really looking forward to this evening to just sit down with my husband and eat a meal I didn’t have to stress and slave over.
Needless to say, none of that happened this evening. Highly dissatisfied with service from this location and we will never be returning. After all of the poor customer service and poor leader ship skills and organization I witnessed at this location this evening, the most they could do to make it right was give me one free chicken eggroll. OH AND THEY FORGOT THE ORANGE CHICKEN I WAITED 45 minutes for too!!!!?! HA! HOW!? As I was pulling away, they ran out to the car to give me the teeny teeny tiny extra small box of orange chicken that we waited for for so long LOL. They hardly gave us any orange chicken either after waiting 40 minutes for it to cook as well.so upset I just wanted to cry standing there while my kids sleep schedule went to garbage and the only night to...
