Both locations in Colorado springs closed today even though the hours posted and the message on phone say they should be open. It's not like the roads are that bad today..just a skiff of snow and everybody else seems to be open. If they're going to close inadvertently they should at least say so on the answering machine, since calling and not getting an answer isn't a good indication of whether they are closed or not...they tend to get busy enough that the phone will ring and ring even when they're open.
Edit to reply to owner's response below: You must not live in Colorado Springs. Because in the Springs on sunday March 3rd at 11:00 am, all the way from the Air force academy to Fountain, there was about 1/2 inch of snow that had already melted off most roads when we came through. Not 8 inches like you claimed. Furthermore, yours were the only businesses in the areas of either location that were closed; the parking lots of neighbor busnesses were full and people were going about their day as normal.
Honestly, I'm kicking myself because I had forgotten till now that I wasnt going to come back; the drinks are expensive- which is fine if they are good- but they are mostly blended up ice with a little flavor. Not nearly as good as Jamba juice.
Nice try at playing on peoples sympathy by trying to make me look like a liar about the snow. In fact it is now obvious that is your game considering your response. Anybody who lives here will obviously know how much snow fell sunday.
Last point: Why would you need to post a notice on the door that you are closed for the day? Is that sarcasm? It is obvious you are closed without a hand written notice. Would have been easier and taken less time to change the message on your answering machine than it took to type out your sarcastic reply to me here.
I take pride in everything I do and only leave honest, straightforward reviews so that people like me can have a useful tool to help decide where to spend our money and get good service. I have no vendetta- I don't even know who owns this business, don't care- but can tell who I like to do business with by what kind of responses they leave to Google reviews. Sarcasm, and accusing me of lying just guarantees I...

I placed a pickup order at your Southgate location. I never received a text or message that my order was completed, and I sent one of my staff over to pick up after almost an hour had passed. When he brought back our order, I noticed my Paradise bowl did have the strawberry and peach that I paid extra for, but none of the regular toppings that come with it (no banana, no coconut.) I went back and brought my bowl and explained what had happened, and the two cashiers were extremely rude and unfriendly. They immediately and loudly interrupted me saying "No, when you customize an order, it takes off the regular ingredients. You got what you paid for." No offer of a replacement, no apology or anything. I asked if they could just give me a little coconut or banana as I didn't see anywhere online mentioning that adding items would remove the original ingredients??? I asked why I was charged extra for the other toppings or where online it would have indicated that policy and they shrugged and said they didn't know. I'd like to know if this is the policy for Keva Juice as I will not be returning if this is the standard for ordering and the standard for customer service. Both associates were completely unprofessional and uninterested...
