Nick gave me the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I did not receive a welcome when walking in, when I got to the counter another employee asked "what do you want?" I ordered a chipotle philly cheese steak and asked for the sauce on the side. Nick said to the employee who took my order "I'm sure you don't want to make a hot sub, keep stocking." I waited for about 10 minutes until another employee rang up my order where I proceeded to ask him for a cup for water. Nick walked over and was pretty much laughing at me for whatever reason saying "Oh you want a cup for agua? Just for water?" Yes that is what I asked for, a cup for water. I gave the employee who rang me up a strange glance while I payed for my sub. Nick came back over with my sub in hand and had the sauce on the side but was combined with a Tabasco sauce. I kindly apologized and said I meant to have the sauces on the side but seperate. This really pissed Nick off because he went completely silent, angrily threw the sauce container into the trash and stormed off to grab a new one. I looked at the employee who had just cashed me out and I asked him "what is his problem?" To which he replied "I don't know, but he's aways like this." Needless to say at the end of my transaction I was filled with so much anger from being disrespected by this man that at the end of it al I wasn't even hungry anymore. Jersey Mikes has good food but the customer service at this location was ridiculous and I would never...
Read moreUPDATE: Super bummer! The last 3 times we ordered from here, something has gone terribly wrong. See the photo below for a better understanding. We always order online and usually order the same thing so we have a pretty good idea of what to expect. 3 of the 4 sandwiches where great. However, the chipotle cheese steak was a mess. The first time this happened I passed it off as a flook. But, the second time, well, my disappointment caused me to update my review. So, to the owner, I'd ask, " what the heck, man?" And to customers, I'd say just be prepared for the possibility of a mess if u order a hot sandwich. Or, eat it in the store, it doesn't always travel well. Lastly, out of the dozen or more times I've ordered this sandwich, the best one ever was when the inside of the bread appeared to be grilled. It was fantastic. The bread held up to the filling. There were no soggy parts at all. I would suggest putting the bread on the grill, open face, for a few minutes for the hot sandwiches. Its makes a big difference. PREVIOUS REVIEW Love, love, love this place. It's great for the entire family when I dont have time to cook. Ordering online is awesome because the food's ready when you get there, no waiting in line. Impressively, they've always gotten my order correct. The staff is super...

Jersey Mike's makes one of my favorite hot sandwiches around. Try the Chicken Philly but NOT at this location. We've been to this location three times, and service is sub standard. The last trip made it worth the review. The young staff decided the best lunch music was heavy death metal played very loud. It was so loud we had a hard time ordering, we had to repeat it several times. When I suggested they turn it down, the "manager" just laughed and said "Yea, right" and did nothing. Finally our sandwich sat for a good long while, just sat, before they served it. I eventually had to ask them to give it to me. I guess so we could enjoys more of the ear bleeding crap music.
Jersey Mike's makes good food. This location is just horrible. There are other locations in Colorado Springs, with more opening soon. Go to any one of these locations so you can actually...
