Over the top on customer service excellence. I called in 30 mins before closing on a Friday nite omg 11/12/2021, my call was answered by the most nicest guy Christopher , my order was a bit off though as I wasn’t at my own home but was rather in my husbands work truck we were on our way home when we had a service call come in and he decided to go help out , so I stayed with him . Well long story short turns out Siri told me a complete wrong address for Jimmy Johns Driver who turned out to be a totally cool guy ( I missed his name ) :( ….. anyways Christopher was real patient and completely understanding while I ran around in this persons house found a bill or letter on a table got the right address and then the driver was quick quick right to the truck I was in , driver was freaky fast and I gave the wrong address and I still ordered and they made my order and the poor guy who was the driver (aww thank you ,), he was patiently waiting for his next move with this whole delivery lol I was called from the store Christopher was so calm patiently waiting for me to get the correct address lol ,the driver got my food to me and he was a totally cool dude frfr as was Christopher- and I wrote a book for the review on these guys all in 17 mins . Freaky fast is true especially if it’s from South academy s location . 5 stars +++ +++++++++ totally recommend best restaurant fast food spot in all of Colorado Springs s south end by far . Keep up the good work guys!! They deserve a raise $$$ lol . They were chill af , never seemed even a bit annoyed by the whole mix up , great experience I appreciate ur dedication to your customers. Read moreI love this store. I had been in a few times and enjoyed the place. I was doing laundry nearby one day when my sugar started dropping. I ate some candy and decided to eat. I stumbled in with my toddler. I could barely function to order. Instead of getting nasty and treating me badly, they worked through my order with me. I don't eat onions, wanted mustard, etc and was having terrible trouble communicating these things. They kept an eye on us and helped me when I left my phone on a random table. (Low blood sugar makes you off and your brain stops firing as it should so it's easy to lose things and hard to function). I really appreciated that they treated me nicely even though I was acting weird. I'm not sure if they recognized what it was, thought I was drunk (common mistake) or they just realized I was having a rough day. Whatever it was, I so very much appreciate them!...

Today, I ate 3/4 of my sandwich before a noticed a long, 6-8 inch brown/black hair in my sandwich. I have very short hair as a man, so it was clearly not mine. I immediately became queasy. Threw the remainder of my sandwich in the trash. Completely ruined my appetite and my experience at Jimmy John's, and I don't think I can recover from this and will most likely never be able to eat here ever again, or at any other location, either. This is very unfortunate but clearly they lack proper food handling procedures at this location. I hope the franchisee or manager reads this and talks to his/her staff about wearing proper hairnets. 🤢
