Honestly I don’t really order from Pizza Hut. This review isn’t about the food, it’s about the service being unprofessional. I don’t know the name of the individual I dealt with today, but someone should talk to her about quality customer service. I’m a delivery driver through DoorDash. I came in to pick up an order and waited at the front for at least 5min before someone came up. During this time all I heard was the staff complaining about another dasher who could not speak English. When she did finally come up her attitude was still sour. This store has a policy that requires a third party delivery driver to have a pizza delivery bag or they won’t give out the order. A lot of other stores have this same policy. Since she had over explained this point to me after I stated I had a bag and would grab it, I asked her if they passed out bags to delivery drivers. Her response was they did not have any, probably wouldn’t be restocking, and proceeded to complain some more about dashers. All she did was complain. I get having a bad day, but openly projecting it at work isn’t okay. Either switch someone else to front of staff when you’re not up to it or train your employees to handle minor conflicts better. Communication issue can be frustrating, but the other dasher was just trying to do his job. Google translate what you’re trying to say.
Aside from her attitude I had an issue with the store policy. All the other stores that require a third party delivery driver to have bag, pass out bags to those who don’t have them. DoorDash doesn’t require I have a bag to pick up pizzas. If you aren’t going to pass out bags because of the cost to the store, you should drop the requirement. We, as dashers, can’t just drop orders because we don't have a bag. It affects our performance...
Read moreThis is Pizza Hut! This location includes a dine-in area. I've never really had a problem here, the only people I have seen that do, are the types who are rude and or ignorant. As any typical Pizza Hut, they have food that I feel tastes good. If or when they Do make a mistake, this location goes out of it's way to satisfy the problem. All it takes is remaining civilized and polite.
Situation example is when we dined in and ordered our meal, but the mozzarella sticks arrived with only 7, instead of the 8. But the waitress arrived letting me know that they were already bringing out a second batch of 8. No cost. And without being asked.

The shift manager on duty today, has lowered my previous rating.
The store now has a policy of no bills larger $20, but this is only posted on a tiny little sign right where the CARRY OUT line of people stand.
I get that, cool, but I only had $50's. The manager on duty tonight did not know how to offer solutions to situations. She ONLY knows how to follow rules.
This instance has tarnished the "goes above and beyond to find solutions" record that they previously had. It is my opinion that if you are going to have a manager status, than you had best know how to think on you feet to solve any problem.
Unfortunately, I was forced to pay what I had in smaller bills, leaving our waitress without a tip. I will be back to talk with the GM, and with change to hand to that poor waitress who had to suffer for the faulty leadership. Not impressed. From 5* to 2*.

Once again proving to me that they are committed to providing...
Read morePizza Hut is one of the most, if not the most expensive franchised pizzeria eateries in the US and for good reason. As a dine-in pizzeria with a salad bar, it provides an atmosphere that is suitable for any occasion, whether it is a child's birthday party or a date with your significant other. I particularly enjoy their pan pizza and their friendly service. Most recently, I visited this pizzeria with my daughters. They had a deal for 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings for $5.99 each, which was a good deal for Pizza Hut. The deal only included hand tossed and thin'n crispy and provided the option to upgrade to a pan pizza for $1 more. I decided to forgo my favorite crust on this venture to save money, knowing from a previous experience that their hand tossed pizza was good, but I wasn't too happy with the pizza I recieved. The most notable part that was off-putting about this particular pizza was the sauce that was lathered on the crust. It was not distributed evenly and parts of my pizza had more sauce than the other. The rest of the pizza tasted as if it was missing sauce, like it was a gob of cheese on top of crust. However, I took enjoyment in my children's happiness. They were particularly happy with their berry juice and I was happy that Pizza Hut had options outside of fountain drinks. Before this experience, I would have given Pizza Hut a 5 star rating, because out of the franchised pizzerias, it was the best, in my opinion. However, with Domino's becoming a dine-in pizzeria and its change in recipe, Pizza Hut is now just a quieter...
