Panda Express — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

The staff does not know the menu so if you have a sensitivity to spice or anything else you are better off going online and looking up the information yourself since the new Honey sesame chicken is listed as not spicy on the menu it is listed as spicy on the website and it does have what appeared to be red pepper flakes in the sauce just like come in the orange chicken that the staff will argue with you if you point out that it says it's spicy on the menu they will say no it is sweet every time - even when you point out that there is a red pepper that says spicy under it right next to it they will still tell you what is sweet and the first couple bites are but if you have an ulcer or gerd or anything along those lines you will pay for it if you eat it all if spice bothers you and that's why I can only give them three stars because the food is good I like it when I do my own research online and for this dish I even called to separate restaurants and neither of them had this dish Mart spicy even though I showed in the picture online and they said that they did not know what the red was in sauce but that it was not red pepper and it was not spicy, but that is not correct in my opinion with no gallbladder and GERD and ulcers I paid for it from 2pm yesterday until probably 3 or...

I am extremely disappointed by what happened to my favorite fast food take out.

My wife and I have been your regular customers for at least one year, purchasing 2 large plates every sunday evening. We liked large portions, tasty food and reasonable prices. Starting January 1st that has changed. Portions got visibly smaller and the price went up. We understand that with the minimum wage going up it is not surprising to see the cost of everything adjusted, but significantly smaller portions is what tipped the scale. We did not say anything for a while, however, last time portions were so small that I had to say something. The employee behind the counter objected, telling me that portions were always this small, I don't know what I am talking about and proceeded to ask me if I wanted to purchase something additional if the plate that I have gotten was not enough... Both, my wife and I, were embarrassed and offended how your employee handled our concern.

I have returned the food that I have purchased, got my money back and will not shop at Panda Express for a very long time. I will try again next year maybe, to see if things improved.

I have been going to this same Panda express for a long time and I always order the same thing The bejing beef. The last two times I have gone through the drive through I just get the small box and nothing else.I felt like they have been mixing other meat as a filler since I asked for more meat less bell peppers.They don't even taste like the same thing. So I called them up since I know the taste I was hoping for and say what are they doing different.It taste like all the other ones now.It use to be so good Crunchy but yet tender and flat. It's like they don't change bowls after they do a saucey mix like Orange Chicken.Anyway I went back in and got another order after talking to the manager.I work for a fast food place too and I to have to make things right. And I can honestly say this order was alittle less saucey and the taste I was hoping for. And the manger hand picked them out for me. I still say something still wasn't right with my order.I don't have that issue when I go in and I can see what I'm getting.Please go back to the old way of making the Bajing beef it was so good.
