Read moreThe quality of the "famous" cheesy bread has gone down at this location. I'm not sure about other locations. I just eat at this one because it's closest to my house but no longer giving them my business for certain reasons. I've been eating their cheesy bread for over 10 years at various locations and this location can't seem to get it right. Every time I order the cheese bread there is so much Parmesan cheese caked on top that I literally have to scrape it off to find the actual cheese. And the flavor has changed as well I could have sworn they used to use a garlic butter on top but it's always Bland. I also question the sanitation and cleanliness of this location. The place just looks and feels really dirty to me and needs some upgrades. Oh and one more thing to add to the list. Over the past 10 years the price of the cheesy bread I order is different every single time. There is no consistency in how they charge people. And it's hugely different. Some days I'll pay 6, other days I'll pay 12 or whatever they feel like. It's really bizarre and I've questioned it before and they never have a good answer. I felt the need to write this review because getting this meal for me is a treat and something I look forward to and if there is a way to improve the quality based on customer reviews than I think it's...
Read moreFood was great. The harassing phone calls during dinner from Louie...not so much. When I originally placed my order, an improperly trained employee misquoted the price of my pizza to me. He told me it was 16.28$, when the delivery driver arrived with my pizza, I saw he charged me for a "veggie alfredo" on the receipt for 18.29$...I informed the delivery driver of the error. I told him, I wouldn't be tipping him, he could reconcile the error back at the shop and keep the 2$ I was overcharged as his tip. I receive a call from Louie himself during the middle of dinner with my wife and child. He doesn't want to apologize. He wants to argue with me, talk over me, and "clarify". I informed him that I was busy having dinner, and that he needed to clarify his prices to his employees, not me, and I hung up my phone. It rings again... Is this really happening? Is the owner of a pizza chain harassing his customers? I didn't answer the second call... I have better things to do than argue with business owners about their moronic employees. Like write...
