So went to Marcos pizza last night 7/31/20, I called in originally to ask about delivery which they said would be two hours wait, I also asked about my certificate I won on KBPI radio 107.9. Great radio station figured great pizza. Well I wanted to try them out my winnings was a free large pizza. I ordered wings (10) cheese bread and a chicken Caesar salad. Total was like $43 and some change but they didn’t know if they Would honor my certificate. So I went down to do carry out as the certificate says to do. I get there and GM Andrea told me no on the certificate and she would give me a deal totaling $39 this is carry out without their delivery fee with a deal. While I was there I witnessed Andrea and TWO other employees not wearing mask. I ask when I could speak to owner was told today at 11. After entering today thinking no biggie they would honor my certificate I won on radio. The owner Christina was indeed there wearing no mask. As I indicate pictures are of owner not wearing mask. I figured the no mask option came from the top if GM wasn’t wearing her mask. I was told to exit the building and put my mask on before I could enter. Anyhow the wings seemed deformed and customer service is horrible from the top down. If u would like to just simply refund my order I’ll be happy to delete this, and I’ll just in the future order Marcos from downtown...

(2/17/21) ordered at 4:41pm on the app, called at 6:05pm to check on the order and was told it would be another hour for delivery. Cancelled order, got a refund. Would have been ok and given feedback directly for both the previous 2/4/21 order and today's order to the manager vs. posting review, but the manager, Andrea, refused to talk to me (I was asked to call back in an hour because she was too busy.) The person who helped me on the phone was very polite, helpful and professional. She explained they only had one driver and my order was two back from pick up and delivery- understandable considering the weather. My feedback to the manager would have been to develop a system to call pending orders and let them know about the delays. I would have been a happy customer, kept the order open and just snacked on something meanwhile... not a big deal. Read moreMarco's has been our pizza of choice for the past few years. Unfortunately, sometimes the people who prepare and serve it are the worst. Which was our latest experience at this Marco's Pizza. Our order (two pizzas) was accidently delivered to one of their neighbor stores (Wing Stop). We know this because a Wing Stop employee brought it back and said THEY were given the wrong order. To top it off, the top of the pizza box wasn't properly closed. Anyway, the Marco's employee who accepted the pizza back turned right around and offered it to us. We declined, so he informed his manager/supervisor of the situation and she asked us again if we wanted it. Which we declined again. Then, she angrily proceeded to remake our order (throwing things around) so we told her not to bother. On a side note, who wears pajama pants to work anyway, in a kitchen environment as well? Instead of apologizing, due to the current covid situation, and in the spirit of providing good customer service, her actions were very unprofessional.
