They annoyingly ask if you want a meal when you order a number, whatever. The only store I know that does this. If I order a number one with a Dr Pepper, I want the meal. If I order a Big Mac with a Dr Pepper, I do not want the meal. It's generally understood that if you order by the number, you want the meal. They said they ask this because people got mad that they ordered a number one and didn't get the meal.. uhh.. yea... Also, we get parked every single time we come through, no matter the time of day. I understand this is to make their times good. Last time we were parked, they took four trips to figure out what we ordered and get us the complete order. We had been told we could only have one oreo drink because they were low, so we altered our order. They gave us 2/4 drinks at the window. Then they brought a second oreo drink. Turns out she simply didn't want to go get more oreo topping from the back. But someone else did, so we got an extra drink. Lol They were very confused. Lastly, they won't take your order while the app loads. I've given the code at all different points in my order, even at the window, at other stores. At this store, they will hold you and the whole line up until you give them the code. Ridiculous They expect you to have the code ready when you get to the order screen, regardless of whether there was no line. So break the law and endanger yourself and everyone else on the road and pull it up while driving, please! We haven't been back since that day. There is too much...
Read moreSo, I just had the experience of a lifetime with Sherree Thomas in the Human Resources office. I was trying to do an address change for my W2 for the past month, because I am relocating out of state. She wanted me to send my social security number by email. I told her I was uncomfortable doing so, especially since she was the same woman who took pictures of me from her cell phone during orientation. Following the picture taking incident, I sent four other women (various ethnicities) to orientation and their pictures were never taken. As a result, I reported her to the Better Business Bureau. I went to her office today, after she called me, so I could fill out a form for as address change. She proceeded to tell me that I still had to send my social through email. She thendated me away and said she was done with me, as if I was nothing. Following that, she assaulted me by sliding across the room in her chair, running my foot over and shoving me into a wall. I was forced to call the cops. When the cops arrived, she miraculously came up with a form which DID NOT have an option for a social security number (I had been requesting an address change form for over a month). She also told me not to come to the office anymore. The police told me to take legal action against her and the company and now I'm doing so. I'm speaking now because wrong is wrong and someone who works in HR should know how to treat employees and have better business skills. Be mindful of who you choose as your employer. EVERYONE deserves to be...
Read moreI compare fast food restaurants not to normal standards but to other locations of the same restaurant.
This McDonalds is, and has been for over a decade, one of the worst McDonalds. They are not overly busy compared to highway locations, and are only excessively rushed from the local school usually. No more so than most. I've taken large crews to Fast food across this state and others, with only minimal issues on an order. I'm talking groups of 50+ people with minimal issues. 1/6 having issues at worst at a huge rush order.
So I cannot Express my frustration of bringing 1 person to this McDonalds, having both orders come up bad, and them treating it with skepticism. Non-peak hours, almost dead empty, and I get soggy and cold fries, no pickle on a burger, and not even 20 McNuggets!
I've also waited upwards of 30 minutes for groups of 2 in the past on only average nights and gotten cold food that tasted more than just 30 minutes old.
This is not a 1 time issue. Not even close. I used to deliver bulk orders for a certain club across the street in my younger days. We had so many issues we would start driving to the McDs on flintridge instead, despite the distance. Fries would be fresher still by the time I got back usually. I gave this place another shot after a long break. Same issues as when I use to drive by for work...
