I wish I could say zero stars. I'm not impressed at all. Buckle is one of my favorite places to get a good quality pair of jeans from. But I've never been treated so uncomfortable by a retail store. Let me say I wasn't dressed my best that day (sweats, tank, and my coat). When I first walked into that store, I instantly felt a hustle environment. All eyes on me. I needed help with my size. It's been about a year since I've been in a Buckle store, and if you know Buckle, you know the sizes are different. So I went up to one of the ladies who works there, and if looks could kill, I'd be dead. She looked at me like I wasn't suppose to be talking to her, like I was dirty, a theft, and as if I couldn't afford anything in there. Before, she actually told me she was a sells rep and called over one of the other ladies. I had already found a pair of jeans I liked and only needed the size. But they kept trying to take me over to the less expensive session. One lady who was helping me kept saying my name super loud as if she wanted everyone to know my name just in case. I felt nothing less than stereotyped as a black dirty poor girl whose only mission that day inside of Buckle was to steal! And I still ended up purchasing a pair of jeans. I actually wanted more, but I also just wanted to get out of there because it was so...
Read moreSo I have a shopping experience to share with the buying public. On Saturday the 11th of February my Sister and I went to The Buckle on First & Main. Together my Sister and I also spent almost 450.00 that day. A week later I go to pick up a shirt I had ordered & my Sister had a belt to return due to bad quality. As we walked into the store my Sister made the employee aware that she had a return. The employee then walks over to her store manager, Azia, & asks if she remembers my Sister making the purchase. She automatically assumed my Sister didn't walk in with a receipt. I was already at the counter and overhead the employee speaking to her manager. If you're a shopper and you know about quality clothing, you know that it isn't a cheap place to shop. I was amazed at the audacity from the employee who was making all these assumptions. She didn't even notice we walked in together. But was fast to assume the purchase wasn't paid for. She attempted to smile at me after she knew we were together. To s8at the least, I didn't smile back. I made it clear I heard what was said. The manager did apologize for her employee, however the damage had been done and from here on out we'll go to another Buckle store to spend our hard earned money. If you are expecting a good shopping experience,...
Read moreWent to this Buckle with hopes of getting some clothes for a funeral. I’m not a savvy shopper, especially when it comes to clothes. I usually shop by what the mannequins are wearing. Shortly after entering the store, (whom I know now as Dani, the store manager) came up and asked if we could use any assistance. I obliged and asked for help with finding an outfit told her my favorites and off she went to work her magic. While I was browsing I noticed she was kind of everywhere. . . Helping other customers, helping store associates, conducting an interview!!!!!, and also seamlessly helping me. She met all of my needs and then some. The entire staff is so helpful and welcoming. Before leaving I asked about the return policy cause I live so far away… Dani told me the policy and assured me I’d be taken care of! I’ll for sure be a...
