This is the messiest location and worst pizza quality of any Papa Murphy's I've ever been to. When Dublin and Academy closed my weekly Papa Murphs purchases also died. The first time after the Dublin location closed I ordered pizza the inside of the business ia just dirty, there were multiple large flies inside and it was during the fall last year when most bugs are gone. The stations are dirty, walls dirty, it's just noticeably dirty. The pizza looked to be thrown together without a care in the world. This time today... same experience, it just has an overall dirty look inside, nobody was in when I walked in and saw my pizza at the end of the counter so went up to it and first off noticed a heap of ingredients on each side (half pepperoni and red sauce half chicken bacon artichoke)....and there was zuchinni slices all over the chicken bacon artichoke side. The sight of the messy pizza immediately was so unappealing I lost my appetite for it....the young girl that I believe made it was new so I can understand mistakes, but the problem I have is that whoever is training these managers/employees doesnt seem to have the pride in their cleanliness or quality. Sure they would have made it over again and give 1.99 off but I couldnt stomach it. Unfortunately that is my last time I go to this location until I hear its re-opening under new ownership. I'll be writing to...
Read moreI've never had a good experience at this store but I gave it a second chance. I ordered online for 5 and sent my husband to go get it. When he got home it was the wrong pizza. Which I'll admit my fault for not telling my husband what I ordered. So I take the pizza back to the store and the first gentleman was very kind and I wasn't upset he listened to me tell him what happened and asked what name was on the online order. I told him the name then I heard did you say (my husband's name) I said yes they said they were just now making the order which kinda threw me off seeing that we ordered at 5 and it's now 6:30. The supervisor on staff then threw his gloves off just because my husband was over charged and got an attitude because I was asking to be charged the right price. He then gave an attitude saying it's Tuesday and we're busy. I got frustrated and said that constantly so this though. And got upset because he didn't really apologize he was shrugging me off. So I asked for my money back. He gave it back with a huff and even though the young lady there asked if I wanted the pizza I declined. I don't care about getting free anything. I will not give my money or take anything from a corporation that treats the customers with such disrespect. I appreciate the two employees that were kind but as for the other gentlemen he needs to learn better customer...
Read moreNever used to have a problem with this place. At some point i had ordered a pizza and showed up to find a closed store, even though my money had been taken via the online app... it took a few weeks for anyone to get back to me after i had sent an email to corporate which i thought was unprofessional (likely not the fault of the franchise). Eventually i was made whole and found out therr was new ownership. The owner was very nice and my relationship with the location was reestablished. However, since i have been back it has been one issue after another. The pizza is generally prettt tasty but simple things are being missed, and everytime it comes down to simply needing to actually read what the online order is.
1st time our instructions for excluding meat for the vegetarian in our family was ignored 2nd time the pizza wasn't conpleted until 20 minutes past the pre-ordered "promise" time via the app 3rd time nearly half the ingredients were missing from one side of the pizza AND we weren't given the bread we paid 6 bucks for...
But everytime we go in there they are slammed, so it seems obvious our business isn't needed. Perhaps if they have less orders to satisfy they will be able to slow down and read the tickets a little...
