Paradise Smoothies & Pretzels — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

We will never return. The staff are incredibly rude and impolite; they treated my daughter terribly when attempting to order a simple dish. There was a girl who looked as though she rolled out of bed and showed up for work with ratty green/bleach blond hair that honestly shouldn't be handling people's food - it was quite disturbing to witness. Nor did this gal express a friendly demeanor, more like she hated her job. After waiting some time to receive our food, they forgot to give us the cheese we paid for and when my daughter inquired, a different girl rendered an attitude and drilled her as though we didnt pay as opposed to just checking the receipt. I didn't realize what a ripoff this place is; I checked my bank statement today and couldn't believe I was charged nearly $26 for hot dog bites, a tiny side of cheese and a smoothie. I go online to check out there menu as I believe I'd been overcharged (as I could've ate at the Olive Garden for that price) and low and behold I can't find a single official website or their menu prices. The manager/owner should really look into all these negative remarks people have to say about his/her company - clearly they're not doing something right. My kids and I went to the mall today and my youngest always gets a boba here. Well then my eldest decided she wanted a boba as well, so I give her my card and asked her to get the little pretzel bites too and a side of cheese. She comes back and hands me the receipt that says $18.37! I said how the hell did pretzels and a drink come to $18?! The pretzels were $9!! $6 for the drink and another $.99 for the cheese. From what I was told, the pretzels are frozen and were still a little doughy in the middle. The cheese wasn’t even warm. So why in the world are you charging $9 for frozen pretzels?! Me and my family decided to stop by and get a few smoothies and some pretzels. This customer service was horrible. The lady that took our order was rude and as she finished the order still got it wrong after we had repeated it multiple times. Then as we got only 1 of the 2 smoothies we ordered my sister told the lady that we ordered 2 smoothies and instead of acting responsibly and kind as you should she rolled her eyes and said "well you said the order was right, we will have to charge you for that."
