LIANA REYES IS AMAZING!! I am writing this review to let Helzberg Diamonds know what an absolute asset they have in their assistant manager Liana Reyes. My fiancé had told me he was ready to look for his wedding band. Usually, this is a very exciting and wonderful time for couples. We were looking forward to a fun experience and had been talking about it all week. My fiancé’s finger is apparently not a common size and was bigger than most rings are made. After we figure this out in the first store (Kay’s) the customer service representative was very uninterested and dismissive. We went to another store hoping for a different experience and some direction in how to proceed(Zales) We were once again disappointed because this customer service person was actually impatient and rude because we were not an easy fit, and we were trying to find THE RING, not a ring. Mind you, that this was the attitude from the two stores within the first 5 minutes. At this point, we had come to the conclusion that we were not going to be able to find a ring that he loved, but we did not want to settle. We stopped in at Helzberg Diamond on a whim and were prepared to be disappointed once again. Liana met us with a smile and she was inquisitive about what we were looking for and we told her of the issues we were having. She said no problem, we can help you. She went to the computer and pulled up their system where we could not only see the ring, but my fiancé and I got to design his ring together and he got EXACTLY what he wanted totally custom. Liana gave us the guidance and took the time to explain finishes, shapes, etc. She was wonderful. The price was also displayed at every change and or upgrade so there were no questions about pricing. Liana also explained the Helzberg warranty and why we should invest in it. Honestly, we got exactly what we wanted, completely customized and amazing customer service with the added peace of mind of warranty and quality! To add even more positivity to the experience, I called her the next day and spoke to Liana on the phone to see about adding custom engraving as a surprise and if it was still a possibility. She was once again wonderful and helpful. She got it done with a cheerful demeanor. We are business owners and wanted to express our gratitude for her service. In today’s day and age it is a refreshing change. We hope this review gets back to her so that she can get the credit and recognition she deserves. You now have customers for life. Read moreFirst off I would like to say is that I don’t know why you guys only have a 4.2 star rating it should be better and not because of you but because of people giving you a negative response my story is I went there with my wife’s wedding ring I had lost her five years ago along with my kids in a car accident I went there and I wanted to get my wife’s ring turned into an earring so I could wear and they were very accommodating and helpful they did tell me everything about it may have some little flaws on it because of the way the setting is so small that there might be a little bit of damage but not much anyways I called back a couple days later and asked him to make a pending out of it instead and for some reason I became sick to my stomach and just couldn’t go through that I went to them and just told him what was going on and then they were very accommodating they did not make me feel like I was wasting their time they were very nice I ended up buying a chain off of them so I can hang my wife’s ring on and where they were so helpful and caring I just can’t give them enough praise so thank you very much I will definitely tell everyone about the story who is willing to listen and how great of a jewelers you are not only as a jeweler but it’s people and they think that is the most important part thank you...
Read moreI’m sure that Helzberg as a company is decent. This location, however, was a nightmare for me. The month I got engaged, I went to get my set resized. I was told to wait til closer to my wedding date and that hopefully I lose weight so I don’t need resizing. I’m not a large woman, and even if I were, that was so inappropriate I almost didn’t go back. My fiancé was quite excited about the warranty he purchased, so I went back to get my ring resized recently. As I walked in, I heard employees talking about the internet being down and systems not working properly. Imagine my SHOCK when I was told I would have to pay for the resizing. After calmly explaining that my fiancé bought the warranty and where, I was told I didn’t need to have an attitude and was passed off to someone else. Neither of the people who helped me told me the adjusted size for my ring, and apparently they didn’t write any notes for the jeweler either. So when he called, I had to tell him what my ring was there for. I’m now stuck with a ring that’s about half a size too small because somehow, no one wrote the necessary size.
