Buckle — Local services in Colorado Springs

I purchased two pair of jeans costing over $150 at this store last April and agreed to the free in-house hem alterations. I did not get a call as promised, so after 3 weeks I call the number on my receipt, it was a corporate office and they said I needed to call the store direct. I call the store and they can't find them, but they will call me when they do. No call. I completely gave up on ever getting my jeans and I stopped shopping here. Fast forward 9 months (3 weeks ago) and I get a call from the store associate saying she found my jeans, they've been here a while, would I like to come pick them up...of course I would! Two days later, I drive 20 minutes across town to be told by a different associate that she can't find them. She went back three times and called the associate that called me, no answer. I'm now told she will find out where they are and have them shipped to my house with a gift card or a refund if not found. I drive 20 minutes back home. To date, no jeans, no follow up, and no refund...it's been over 3 weeks. This store is unorganized, provides poor customer service, and I will not shop or recommend shopping here...I would be wary as a customer to leave the store without your purchase - have someone else do the alterations, it...

I usually shop online but I ordered the wrong size this last time so I went into the store to return the pants, did not have any intention of exchanging as I figured my kids wouldn’t sit still long enough to try and search for another pair let alone sit still while I tried stuff on. In the past I never had help from associates or was ever greeted by them.

But when I went in to return the pants at this store, Alyssia (I believe was her name) was the most helpful associate I have ever met. She asked me a few questions and instantly showed me the perfect pair of pants. She set me up with a room and all of them fit like a glove and were perfect... I ended up leaving with three pairs. It was so fast my kids didn’t even have time to goof around like they always do. Then she even helped me with my kids pants. They are short and one is a bit husky so she helped me find the perfect fit for them both and with their free hemming it’s perfect! Although I didn’t buy theirs that day she still went way above and beyond for us and made sure I had the style and size for both of them written down Incase I wanted to go online or come back. If you go in there I highly recommend talking to Alyssia...

I spend a few thousand a month at this store till I met the new manager EMMA in charge . I have always had the BEST service and left feeling amazing. The new store manger is AWFUL! She named the old co workers bashing them 1 by 1. I was looking for my $50 reward ( cause I DID spend money there ) she made a comment that I needed to hurry it. Mind you….. my bill was $500 and they work on commission. I had to find my own sizes , ask if they had stuff in stock. I will never ever go back to this store as long as she is working. The worst part is she couldn’t even get some jeans on to go to work let along makeup. She was absolutely awful. Do NOT go to this store it’s changed for...
