Pardon My Cheesesteak — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

The last couple of weeks, I've been craving a very specific meal: loaded fries. In Houston, on Friday evenings, I would order bulgogi loaded fries and be blissfully happy for the rest of the weekend. So with my Friday night routine upended, I decided to try out the loaded fries from this restaurant.

I did not have high hopes because the pictures showed the sliced cheese that I was not a fan of. But, regardless, I decided to take a gamble.

Their loaded fries was surprisingly tasty. The fries were well done and the cheesy steak surpassed my expectations. The amount of food was good enough for two servings (so I'll be airfrying the leftovers later this weekend).

But I don't understand why are they are so incompetent.

I can order seven times in one week and every single time they do not give me what I pay for. Like how can you be such an incompetent restaurant? This is not one or two times, this is 30 out of 33 times they have failed. . Update. They have failed again. I have been refunded my order cost and it was given to the neighbor's stray cats.

Very unreasonably priced. Small portions, dry meat, and cheap ingredients (although, the onions were excellent). It looked and tasted like it came from under a heat lamp. I received their plain philly cheese steak although I ordered their chipotle and came without any of the customizations. Was also assuming by all (literally all) the pictures provided that it would come with American or cheddar cheese and it came with half a slice of provolone. Sad meal but for being a place called "pardon my cheese steak" I should have known I would have received something worthy...
