This was by far the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had in a salon. Not only did Rob completely botch my hair after I came in with clear expectations and reference photos, but when I expressed my disappointment he had me come in just to send me away again. He wasted my time on several occasions, never listened to me when I explained my work schedule, and kept changing the dates on when he would be able to "fix" my hair. When I asked for a refund he refused. And when I told him I will just be going through my bank, he actually cussed me out. That alone should tell you the level of “professionalism” you can expect here.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, he told me he’d give me a refund only if I signed an NDA to keep quiet about it. Yes, you read that right—he tried to legally muzzle me rather than fix the situation and refund me the money I payed for a job that wasn't done.

No one paying hundreds of dollars for their hair should be treated with such disrespect and shady behavior. Save yourself the time, money, and humiliation—go literally anywhere else. Rob is not just a bad stylist; he’s a walking red flag and...

I went to Rob yesterday for a haircut and I am simply heartbroken with my hair. I came in with hair past my armpits that was cut straight across. My hair was a huge part of who I am. I came in and asked for an inch and a half off and very light layers. The service started out well, Rob is a very nice man. He started cutting my hair and everything seemed fine until he had me face him and he told me he was cutting "face framing pieces", I was fine with this because i thought i would just get a few pieces a little shorter than the rest to frame my face a little better, i thought even if it wasn't what i asked for, it would be fine. It just continued to get worse after this. He continued to cut a ton of layers, making my hair nothing like what i had asked for. I had no idea how bad it actually was until i saw what my hair looked like. After shaving my head 4 years ago my hair has become such a huge part of who i am, and it is incredibly unfair that Rob did exactly what I didn't want. I have very thick hair, but it isnt a problem for me. I wanted a change and good amount of length taken off with layers. After declining an undercut (something Rob was very persistent about) I recieved what i thought was a very quick standard layered haircut and a nice blowout. He told me he "thinned it out a little" and although I didnt consent to this, I could tell he had done something different in the back, but took a look, and visually, it was fine. I was pretty happy until I came home and realized that the thinning technique Rob had used was very extreme - my hair has several layers where the hair has been cut, basically shaved, from the scalp in strips. I was not consulted on this technique, and if I had been I would have declined. No stylist should ever cut the hair from a woman's scalp without her permission. I'm very disappointed and feel extremely disrespected by this.
