Are you tired of dealing with the rudeness of employees at big chain stores or calling the appliance department to just have the phone ring and ring to be greeted as if you interrupted their day?! Yes? So was I! I purchased a GE dishwasher from Lowes when I was in colorado springs visiting family to get it home and have it leak from the bottom right corner also completely derail EVERYTIME Id open it! Thank heavens the only good thing about lowes was 30 day money back guarantee. Before bringing the GE dishwasher back I did a lot of research which lead me to a Bosch next was finding who carried them and could help me pick out the model. I swear I called every appliance store in Colorado Springs! Appliance Outlet was the last place I called on my list and I just about had it with rude customer service when Keith had answered the phone I was so relieved to finally have outstanding customer service. Keith and I talked about a few different options when it came to a Bosch. I had expressed that I was not local and my round trip is 6 hours with an infant and toddler. He strongly encouraged me to call the evening before to make sure they still had the product in stock. I ended up getting to town a day earlier than planned and headed straight over there with only about 10 minutes before they closed. Again customer service still at 100%! When we got there the door was held open for us and we were escorted to the dishwashers. Torn between two different dishwashers I choose a 300 series which I wasnt to fond of and as they are getting it wrapped up, I changed my mind because I didn't want to get all the way back home again and not like my dishwasher for the 2nd time. I ended up purchasing a Bosch 800 series. The gentleman helping us (sorry i can't remeber his name) was fantastic, never once did his customer service change, he never pushed for anything that I didn't want and was just great to deal with! Not to mention the young gal who my toddler harassed. I dont know if they truly had a conversation but I had to peel her away from the young gals desk when it was time to leave. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for appliances! Top notch service and I absolutely love...
Read moreHmmmm... The lead-in-sigh to an exceptional experience from an exceptional business here in Colorado Springs!!! My Samsung side by side was nearing its dying-mechanical breaths in a house that I bought a year ago on the northeast end of Colorado Springs, and I realize that while I am both a Best Buy and a Home Depot loyal buyer, I decided to step out and see what the little guys have in regards to not only sales but also salespersonship! Was I ever blown away and so wonderfully so had at Appliance Outlet at the corner of N Academy and N Carefree in " that shopping center"!!! Lauren helped me through the entire process of coming to my endpoint after 3 and a 1/2 days of going back-and-forth in my indecisive mind, and as it was, I finally went with another Samsung, A beautiful side by side flex model, which allowed me to keep lots of room for all my protein drinks and fruit drinks, that I just can't get enough of as well as just a small freezer! Lauren's ability to tell me everything that she knew about refrigerators and freezers was just out of this world helpful, and when it came to delivery Jordan and Johnny were also as helpful and informative In regards to setup and the basic start up of using a brand new refrigerator/freezer! Lauren & everyone else at Appliance Outlet, Thank you so very much for being the exceptional rock and roll people in appliances..Ur lil guy stance proved U are MORE THAN ABLE to give superb prices, exceptional service, and most certainly customer engagement extraordinaire, above the big box stores, and do it quite well! NOTE: at this writing, I became aware this evening at the hospital where I work that 2 of my co-workers also bought appliances from y'all! I'm not surprised one bit! Yeahhh! Bruce D from...
Read moreHuge fan of Appliance Outlet. If you're used to looking for appliances at big box stores like Home Depot, Best Buy or Lowes, skip them and shop local. I've bought a bunch of appliances from Appliance Outlet and here is why I think they're WAY better:
They have all the appliances available at other stores and they check the prices. When I bought a number of appliances from Appliance Outlet, the salesman checked their prices against Home Depot. Almost all of them were equal or less, but on the refrigerator, Appliance Outlet matched Home Depot prices without me asking. So you don't pay more than elsewhere. That's great service.
They can get anything the big stores have. If they don't have it on the sales floor, they'll get it for you. I wanted a unique washer dryer, they found it at a price lower than I'd been able to find online.
The Appliance Outlet sales staff know their stuff - I asked a ton of questions and got good answers. They didn't steer me toward anything, just gave me information.
Appliance Outlet delivery is AMAZING! When I ordered from Home Depot, Home Depot gives you an eight hour delivery window. Appliance Outlet gives you a TWO hour delivery window - and their driver calls you 20 minutes before arriving. That makes scheduling delivery so easy. Their delivery crews are friendly and prompt. Love that.
A contractor friend told me Appliance Depot also offers scratch & dent appliances for people on a budget. I didn't experience this personally but he said some of his customers with limited funds have found this valuable.
Appliance Outlet really shows why locally owned, small businesses often beat their chain competition. I have shopped at Appliance Outlet several times and I am...
