I recently ordered delivery from Parry's, and I must say, it was a truly disappointing experience. The food that arrived was nothing short of a letdown. The pizza, wings, and bread all arrived stone-cold, which is completely unacceptable for a pizzeria.
First, let's talk about the pizza. I don't know about you, but I expect my pizza to at least be warm when it arrives. The cheese was congealed and had lost all its gooey, delicious appeal. The crust was no better, lacking any semblance of freshness, and it tasted like it had been sitting out for hours.
Next, the wings. I was excited to dig into some hot, crispy, and saucy wings, but what I got were sad, cold, and practically inedible pieces of poultry. The sauces were no longer vibrant and flavorful but rather had turned into a lifeless, thick mess.
And as for the bread, it was equally unimpressive. Instead of being warm and inviting, it was cold, hard, and unappetizing. They were ordered with powered sugar, but arrived with granulated, so disappointing.
I understand that sometimes things can go wrong with delivery, but there's no excuse for serving food that's supposed to be hot when it's delivered in such a sorry state. I can't help but feel like Parry's failed to meet even the most basic standards of quality and customer satisfaction. I won't be ordering from them again, and I'd advise others to think twice before doing so as well. Cold, lackluster food is not what I expected or paid a higher than usual amount for.

Thanks for your canned reply. A cold meal is never a good value nor desired by my family or myself. It feels completely dismissive that you reply states that you'll let your team know. Customer retention I guess is not...
Read moreVery disappointed in this most recent delivery order. Delivery was missing the large salad (clearly unchecked on the receipt), the ranch dressing and veggies for the wings (no, they weren’t under the paper), and the service when calling to address the situation was slow and underwhelming.
The kitchen manager (Jason?) was brought onto the call after the first person to answer simply said, “oh, we’ve got your salad here.” Obviously not a solution, just a statement of fact we both knew.
The kitchen manager offered some coupons if I came to pick up the missing salad to offset the inconvenience, or I could be refunded the salad. I asked for the item to be delivered but they said they didn’t have the means to reorder a driver for a salad.
I declined the offer to pick up the missing delivery items and was offered a refund of the salad and an offer to refund the wings that were missing the ranch dressing and veggies.
I haven’t checked to see if they’ve actually refunded the missing items, but I am reluctantly giving two stars for the lack of empathy or sincerity in the apology that they sent the order missing items.
The 2 stars for the food is rare for me to give too, but the food was not great, and one of us had to throw a piece of pizza away mid-slice due to a hair. I cannot definitively blame a hair specifically on the kitchen, as I have long hair household members, but really??? Gross. Can’t recover from this, so none of us enjoyed the food.
Additionally, you should be able to see the tip your patrons give at the time of ordering. You could have at least offered a solution that took into account that amount too.
At least it’s opening night of MLB, so I’ll...
Read moreI've been coming to Parry's for years, I absolutely love their Italian Nachos, good philly cheesesteak, and their fried dough is great. I always get their nachos and they are described as "smothered in Alfredo sauce, melted hand-grated mozzarella".... well they've been falling downhill and fast. The last time I ordered, my nachos were delivered cold, the cheese wasn't even melted, and there was NO alfredo sauce (probably the best part along with sausage). So the manager comped me a new one and a pizza. Keep in mind I have never had their pizza before, just the dough and it IS good dough. I go there to get it, leave a nice tip, the cashier was super friendly and helpful. Service was quick, I take it to go and get home. Nachos are cold, cheese is not melted, and once again NO ALFREDO SAUCE. So let me try the pizza.... it sucks. Dough IS GOOD, but their sauce is way too tomato-y without enough herbs and spices. (Oh I was a chef for 13 years and have worked at numerous pizza places including Mellow Mushroom, hands down the best pizza ever!!!) So if you are going to describe your nachos as "smothered in Alfredo sauce, melted hand-grated mozzarella"
