Rilea's Pub — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

I've been here several times and it has always been a good experience. Darts, karaoke, and good drinks by Misty. However last time we went, Misty was not there. Her replacement was the epitome of trailer trash. Everything she did was horribly unprofessional, rude, and even unsanitary. She demanded to see my ID twice because she was too intoxicated to remember that she checked it less than 5 minutes before. When I gave her my credit card to open a tab, she put it in her bra and it stayed there. She had a rude comment and an eye roll for every drink we ordered. She also didn't make our drinks correctly. When I finally got her attention to close out (she was trying to persuade an older gentleman at the bar to buy her yet another drink), she claimed that she did not have my card. When I explained to her that she placed it into her shirt after I gave it to her, she proceeded to pull down her blouse and expose herself to myself and my friends. After proving to us that my card was not in her bra, she just stared at me and threw her hands in the air. I decides it was not worth my time to deal with her anymore so I told her I will just cancel the card and leave. She found it shortly after that. Overall this little bar would be much better off...

Went there for my birthday yesterday and the bartender gave my debit card to the wrong person and lied about it. My card was used by this person at another bar. The bartender tried claiming that my wife was the one she gave it to when my wife was standing with me telling her no. Now I'm in a position where I don't have a debit card and will have to have my wife mail me a new one because I'm working out of town and that town doesn't have my branch. I'm FURIOUS at the lack of integrity and carelessness of the staff and I hope someone tries...

Small, friendly family oriented pub. Love the atmosphere here. Minnesota Vikings fans, just happen to be in Colorado Springs, this is the place for you. They like Broncos fans here too, but that is to be expected I suppose. Actually, I get the feeling all are welcome. Definitely leaning toward a Vikings fan base though. Football Sunday (Mary makes a pretty good "bloody Mary".) I noticed the patrons tend to bring in a pot luck that is set up for everyone to sample. I Really like this place. Count on me to return...
