Rocha's Mexican Fast Food — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Went last night and ordered a chorizo egg and extra cheese burrito, bacon,egg,potato and cheese burrito, carne asada fries, a 3piece rolled taco, and a 5 piece rolled taco. The rolled tacos were ice cold and super hard, carne asada fries were freezing, and the bacon burrito I got made me throw up, the chorizo burrito was more like an egg frittata burrito with very little chorizo and no cheese. I called and Jovany said that they would replace our order the next time we come by, fast forward to tonight, we go to get the order fixed and he literally tells my boyfriend and I to hold on while he calls the manager, the manager tells him that he can only replace the chorizo burrito! The rolled tacos are “suppose to be that way” the carne asada fries were cold cause of the sour cream and guacamole, and didn’t say anything about my food making me sick. I am 8 months pregnant and was craving Taco Express! Will not waste my time going back to this location ever again, it’s sad when we travel farther away to another location and when we get home the food is outstanding and still hot! I live less than a mile from the Nevada location and it’s ice cold. Worst $40 dinner ever!!!!!!!! Didn’t get an apology...

I can't stop going back to this place! Extremely good and authentic Mexican food with prices that can't be beaten anywhere in the Springs or in most places for that matter. You can't find authentic Mexican food at this price anywhere unless you travel to Mexico. It's as good as any taco truck but 1/3 of the price. It's insane but don't take my word for it if you don't believe me. I'll gladly keep going here and keepnit all to myself. The staff and cooks are amazing and I always tip them because I feel bad leaving knowing what I'm getting at this price. I always recommend this place to everyone because it's mind blowing and especially for what you pay. Portions are extremely generous and I dare you to find a place that gives more fresh and authentic Mexican food for the price because it really can't be beat. I've been to another Mexican restaurant and found an entire wire from a grill brush in my burrito. That never happened at Rochas and I eat here a lot. 10 stars if I could. I have gotten the same breakfast burrito almost every morning for years between 6-700am.the service great most of the time when the windows person shows up but my concern is the food!! For the last ten days or so ot has been dropping bit by bit!! And I've said to myself it's time to get away from here. Yesterday was absolutely terrible....really dry and bland but the tortillas sooooo dry like leather it curled up so I tore it off!! This just exposed more terrible tort!!
