Drive through already having told me that what I wanted to order was out of stock recommended another sandwich, this sandwich is not listed on the menu I proceeded to ask questions like Price and Ingredients, with it being a dollar difference I considered purchase. The person on the other hand treated me as though I was senseless. After this person treated me dismissive and rude I proceeded to the payment window only to be met with distain and disappointment, this person couldnāt even look me in the eye at first attempting to hand me things with out dignity. Ā Ā Ā Read more5 Stars all the way for this Starbucks: Dillon and Nicole recognized I was Military and gave me the Military Monday Deal, their customer service is outstanding and very comforting, Dillon the cashier didnt hesitate to let us understand the new App system with using your stars to get a free coffee, most of the starbucks I go to they just take your order and dont care if you reach a status with your stars for a free coffee, but Dillon made sure we understood we had enough to get a free coffee, thats what you call customer service, then Nicole comes to the table and says sorry for taking so long , heres a coffee on the house, I immediately said you didnt take long , and she just smiled and apologized again, this is a starbucks that watches out for the customers , and actually cares, they go above and beyond for the customer, if you go to this starbucks its always clean, they always have Stevia in the trays and most important you get treated like a customer and not a number .. 5 Stars for...

Inaccurate orders, rude and unprofessional staff and store manager. The store manager is by far the worst that I have ever seen in such a prestigious business. If it was not for the name āStarbucksā, I can guarantee that this location would be out of business. This location knows absolutely nothing about sharing positive customer experiences and customer service.
If you truly care about great customer service, accurate orders, professionalism and spending your money where it is appreciated, do not go to this location. I hope this helps to prevent a bad experience for true Starbucks customers.
