The fountain itself was pretty cool, however, the employees were pretty uninterested in getting it up and running on time, we had to go and ask them to start it at 12:30 or so, and were told from another mom who was there with her kid that it was pretty normal for it not to start on time or without asking them to start it. The large amount of homeless people throwing trash and vomiting on the sidewalk made it less than desirable to stay for long, especially with young kids, one of them was basically taking a shower in the fountain so we ended up leaving. First time visit and I can't say I'd want to come back due to the homeless people with no one around to remove them from...
