Extremely rude and unprofessional! I will never do business with them again. We needed some things printed for our business and contacted them weeks ago about it. We never heard back so we contacted again. Finally got through on the phone and they said they'd have to call us back. Never heard from them. We just needed a few things printed, nothing extravagant, just simple and a small quantity. My wife decided to go in tonight and had to wait an hour before the lady up front would even acknowledge her. Finally my wife spoke up and asked to talke to her for just a minute. The lady aggressively barked at her saying, "You need the menus printed? Not gonna happen!" No hello can I help you, no sorry we didn't call back, just an extremely rude response. My wife hadn't even said what she was in there for before the lady was already yelling. My wife told her we had been trying to get ahold of someone for weeks as we need the items printed by next month. We figured that was plenty of notice needed. Well needless to say, that lady's rude and extremely unprofessional attitude will be the reason we never go back. How dare you talk to my wife that way. You are running a business and you should act as so. They act like children and obviously are in no way fit to run a business. I've had better customer service at McDonalds. I hope the lady reads this and thinks next time before she starts harassing customers and rudely telling them their request isn't gonna happen. Maybe answer your phone and give us a timeline. We would be willing to work with you. Not now. For anyone wanting to use them, I hope you speak to another person who isn't an immature, rude, abrasive excuse for an employee. You should be ashamed...
Read moreI absolutely LOVE everything about Ladyfingers! I live in CA and visited my girlfriend in Colorado Springs (pre-pandemic) and purchased a sh*t ton of cards, gifts, novelty items almost to the point where I needed another bag to transport all the goodness. At that time I was fortunate enough to meet the owners who are lovely and I love that what they stand for. EQUALITY, in a nutshell. About a week ago I ordered some cards, posters and a necklace. I am shocked but I got them in less than a week through the postal service which is a Christmas miracle (nothing to do with them just had to say how pleased I was that everything got to me so quickly!) And it was packaged with care- these posters could easily wrinkle or get torn but they were in perfect shape. I love supporting small businesses and this is by far one of my faves! If you need awesome cards, gifts, books, CO items this is your place. I also commend them for having a Black-Owned category on their website. This is important to me and I was able to support a lot of Black-Owned brands I probably never could have found if they did not highlight them. I am about to purchase more on their site as we speak because one can never have enough witty, fun, well written, poignant for the times cards in their...
Read moreEver since we stumbled upon this little local gem before its opening in June 2016, my husband and I have made sure we come visit Ladyfingers Letterpress during our annual June excursion. What I love most about their products is obviously their own line of unusual and hilarious greeting cards that they design and print on site! Hello, gorgeous letterpress cards! Over the years, theyâve expanded their shop to carry other artistsâ creations and help promote one another. If you take a look at their Instagram, youâll also see all of the wonderful initiatives theyâre doing for their community. Itâs one of those small businesses that makes you feel really good to spend your hard earned money on, not to mention how mighty proud to support as well. At the same time, you also wish youâve got something remotely similar at your own neck of the woods! When COVID-19 is finally over, we canât wait to book our first flight out to Colorado Springs and go visit Ladyfingers Letterpress, say hello to Arley and Morgan, and for a much-needed in-person...
