This Wendy's is utter chaos. Ordered through the app for mobile take out. Once at the restaurant, the first thing out of the ordinary were two employees having a conversation on the customer side of the order counter with papers strung all over the counter. Did they move so business could be done....nope, they continued their conversation for several minutes before moving out of the way.
Once at the counter, it was another several minutes before the one individual asked me what they could do for me. I let them know I had a mobile order which they seemingly acknowledged. After about 10 minutes, they again asked me what they could do for me. I again told them my initials which they then said they couldn't find. I showed it to them on my phone at which point they told me they would check me in. 10 minutes later they motioned me over telling me they still had to make the burgers, but pointing me to my ice coffees which I didn't order. They asked if I had ordered frosty's which I had and they told me the machine was broken and they took it upon themselves to make ice coffees for the 3 kids we were feeding. I said no thanks and asked for cups for fountain drinks. I figured lemonade would work, but it was out. Next root beer...out, sweet tea....nope. Seems like Coke it is.
I counted 7 employees with one working the counter. The rest were focused on the drive through window and what seemed like absolute chaos throughout.
Finally, do you think they got the order correct. Not even close. Once at the house, we proceeded to take the burgers apart, removing the items we intentionally removed from the order and adding those that didn't...
Read moreTerrible customer service and cold almost frozen feeling fries from our cashier Alyssa. We ordered 2 kids meals and a Caesar chicken salad. The kids asked us for frostys on our way to the the cashier. I asked Alyssa if it were possible to order frostys and some extra fries and asked her if we should just drive back around. And I asked in a genuine way with a smile. She rolled her eyes at me, looked back at her team and yelled “we need to add to this order” then slammed the door. She gave us our food along with the French fries and frostys but we only got 1 kids meal not 2 like we asked for. I understand miscommunication does happen in between ordering. But when I told her this she got really upset you could tell in her eyes and went and got the kids meal and gave it to us. We checked the food when we left the drive and the fries were almost frozen feeling. And when we got home the salad did not come with any Caesar dressing with our Caesar salad that we ordered and the second kids meal did not come with a drink like we asked. I understand people have rough days but I feel like that is no way to manage a customer service-based business. If it was that big of an inconvenience I would have absolutely driven back around to order again that would not have been a problem whatsoever. Hope they...
Read moreRead moreSo this is the go to place to go after a 12 hour illegal shift that makes you wanna kys and go 110 in a school zone to get food. I recommend going before 11:45 pm or you’ll get cold bacon grease for your burger and mop styled fries with a Dr Pepper that’s flatter than a Lowes 2x4. Then you go to the parking lot across the Wendy’s to eat while 92.9 peak fm is playing “don’t stop believing” by journey and then you think to yourself, “yo I really don’t have any goals in life.” And somehow you have enough energy to hit a 35 lb deadlift pr. Maybe it’s due to the masculine urge to bottle up my emotions for 12 hours and suffer in silence. People ask “what’s wrong bro?” Then you reply, “what’s not wrong?”Then you go home to your depressing room and sleep for the next 7 hours and 21 minutes before you have to get up to do another daunting and grueling 12 hour shift. This Wendy’s really is a goated place. Shout out to the workers. This Wendy’s...
