Wendy's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

We ordered online and I went to pick up the order. I just had a baby 2 weeks ago. We are tired and didn't want to cook. We were missing a fry from our order. No big deal, I work fast food, so I just went back to get the missing fry. No one was at the window when I pulled up to take my receipt to verify that I had paid for that missing fry. Again, not a big deal, they weren't busy at all but maybe the window person went to the bathroom or something idk and idc. I waited and the window was open so I could hear the employees talking about my weight and how they were giving me an extra large fry so that it would be enough for me. Then the person who fixed that fry came to the window with an attitude and asked "did you pay?" I showed the receipt and got the fry but I will not be coming back. This Wendy's is close to my house so I order there a lot and every time I order something is always missing so I always have to go back. I don't yell, I don't name call, I just ask if I can get the food I paid for. I know fast food is a hard job and there are a lot of good employees in that industry. I work fast food as well but I've never talked about a customers weight. This place is always empty and...

Best Wendy's in town. Kiki & Sabrina are AWESOME! To make a long story short, I first went by Wendy's at 8080 N. Academy excited to try the new Chocolate Cold Foam drink. What the server gave me didn't look anything like the picture on the menu and also had absolutely no taste... couldn't even taste coffee or chocolate. So I went back thru the drive-thru and mentioned nicely that it looks like they gave me the wrong drink, that I had asked for the chocolate cold foam, showed him the drink they gave me. He then said it's the same drink as the chocolate cold brew, just with foam. I then said, "but there's no chocolate in it" and showed him the picture from the online menu. He said, "Yeah, we don't make them like that and your drink is correct"... then said have a nice day while closing the window. So then I decided to try a different location. This brings me to Kiki and Sabrina at the Fillmore location. They knew exactly what drink I asked for and knew that it's not the same drink as the regular cold brew. Went here for dinner after a long day just didn't want to cook. The girl in drive was super sweet and patient, ordered got to the window to pay I can hear the manager tell the girl at the window we had full time because they had to drop burgers for my order. Cool so fresh. We pulled forward like the girl asked waited 10 minutes they parked 2 other cars while we waited the lady behind us got her food before us the gal that took it to her looked at us and said they are working on your order. Ok. The lady behind us that got her food first went in with the bags, wrong order! She gave them the food back and they brought it directly to me. ARE YOU SERIOUS. this lady just had her nasty fingers in my food and you want to bring it to me. I asked it be remade waited another 10 minutes. Get home and the food is mediocre and fries are cold and don't taste fresh. Speculation they took my food back in waited a few put it in a new bag and brought it back out so they didn't have to remake a 30 dollar order.
