Wendy's — Restaurant in Colorado Springs

Not sure if anyone even reads these but I just came from there and it was not good. I went through the drive through and asked for a#11. When I got to the window they made me pay $11 and I thought that was strange but maybe it’s because I got a cookie too. But when I looked at my receipt I saw a baconator instead of chicken strips. I told the cashier lady politely that I asked for a number 11. She closes the window and then I wait for a few min and I guess her manager came to the window. He immediately asked me if I was sure I didn't order a number 4. I say I’m positive because I dont eat bacon. Then he rolls his eyes and closes the window ! It’s raining and I have a crying 3 month old in the back which is why I opted to get fast food instead of making a meal. And probably also why they couldn’t hear me as well but instead of trying for customer service they gave me rudeness and impoliteness. I just kept calm, called everyone sir and mam and kept moving. I realize it was probably a hassle to correct a mistake but common guys. And I don’t even feel confident enough to eat the food because I know how people act when they’re upset. Just be careful when you go there. Make sure they repeat the order to you.

Visited this location. It was mid evening. I was waiting in line in the drive thru. There were 4 cars ahead of me. I was approached by, not one, but three panhandlers. I saw a drug deal take place with a store employee and one of the panhandlers. It made me feel very weary. I placed my order and waited for 24 minutes before receiving my order. I asked the lady at the window why they didn't have control of the activities going on in the parking lot. Her response was "she didn't care since she worked inside". I tasted my drink and it was flat. I asked if she could exchange it for a different flavor. She grabbed the cup out of my hand so hard that the lid popped off and spilled drink all over the inside and outside of the driver's door. She said "oh my bad" and tossed three napkins in my lap. I asked for the Manager and she said that she was a supervisor and she was in charge. I asked for the general manager's card and she responded with "I ain't giving you that and you need to leave before I call the police". I was appalled by the events...

It was the first time that I went there and the food was fairly good the service was all right as well and I would consider going again I mean they did Miss half of my order and that's okay you know mistakes happen but they said they would bring out the rest of my order to me while I was eating and they forgot I mean I literally had finished my meal I had to go back up and ask them for the rest of my meal and they were surprised that you know it that they hadn't done it and I had come to ask them about it. They were quick to make it right though and I do appreciate that at least they were willing to make sure their customers were happy all in all it was a decent experience the prices were a little higher than I would have thought but not a deal breaker I definitely will be returning again in the future at some point and I suppose I would recommend them to a friend they have homestyle comfort food and it was fairly decent the service was not bad in the servers were pretty nice so the overall experience was a...
