Auntie Anne's — Restaurant in Colorado

I went into the store yesterday after speaking with the manager in regards to a 120.00 charge that was placed on our card. The owner took care of it as well as Pam Harris who was very nice. The refund was issued. He asked us to come home and write a review and we came home and wrote a good review. Today we wake up to 4 calls from the manager yelling at us because he stated we emailed another email to corporate complaining. I explained nothing else was sent except the good review as we stated we would give. The matter was done and over with, everything was fine until he started calling our cell phone complaining and yelling about this matter that never even happened. We were nice enough to write a good review and leave the matter be since it was taken care of and he had to escalate it to his harassing messages, and rude conversation with me. My son and I were at this location yesterday (Sept 19) on a whim. I haven’t had Auntie Annie’s in probably over 25 years. I ordered an original pretzel and my son ordered a cup of mini pretzel hot dog bites. I was shocked and impressed. The two women working there were friendly and gave us fresh items that were obviously made with care. I have not ever have a pretzel that good. Both my pretzel and my son’s were tasty, fresh, and the bottoms of each pretzel was crispy from an oven. As I went back to thank the women for such good quality, I saw them hand-rolling the dough. I went in today to get a pretzel and it had to of been one of the worst pretzels that i have had. The pretzel was burned and hard and i couldn't even ask for a new one because all the ones they had made were all burned. And to top it off the employes looked like they didnt even want to be there with the attitudes they had so i didn't even bother to ask to get a new one because im sure that one would come out burned like the rest. Never again will i return to this shop to get pretzels again because ill probably just be as disappointed as...
