Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Colorado

Used to go in there just for french fries until yesterday. I ordered a large fry for over $3 which I'm sure is a large profit item for them. I was shopping in Walmart and eating the fries as I was going. Trying to save some time. I got to the second half of the cardboard serving container and I discovered that they had put hot fries on top of cold old ones. I went to talk to somebody at the ordering counter. I was shuffled to Mario who I assumed was the manager. I was told that since it had been 30 Min. They couldn't do anything about it. I told him that I was busy shopping and I didn't stop to come up to handle that until on my way out, since it's at the front of the store. I told him that the only reason fries would be cold at the bottom of the container and hot at the top is because they put cold ones in the bottom. He told me he knew nothing about physics, but I think anybody in the food industry should know that hot air rises. So much for the best fries at a fast food place. Adios...

This is a new restaurant inside of wal mart and I am not impressed. Ordered from them twice at different times and had issues with BOTH orders.

First time the order was completely wrong, cold and not edible. Second time, they didn’t even receive the order through the app. So I ordered on site and received cold, greasy burgers and cold day old French fries. The sourdough bread was not toasted and was full of grease that literally dripped from the packaging.

So I tried calling the customer service number which was not in service so I filled out a complaint on the app which I am sure will go unanswered as my first one was.

Ever since Covid, these big corporations have all shut down their customer service call centers because 1) they simply don’t care and 2) no one works anymore.

Take my advice and the next time you want a burger, just make it yourself. Save your money, know what’s in it and make it the way...

Service wasnt terrible but, we showed up at 7:30 and was told the lobby was closed so carry out only. They then proceeded to close the gate at 7:40 and stopped making various menu items. Then we see enployees packing up and walking out of the gate at 7:55pm...When you say the restaurant closes at 8 someone should be able to order anything on the menu UNTIL EIGHT. Then we get home and this was their version of a 3 piece chicken tender combo. Was excited to have a Carl's jr back on this side of town...
