Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Colorado

Worst delivery ever. EVERY TIME we order from them, the meal is wrong. The kids meals NEVER come with the chips or milk/juice that they are supposed to. The burritos or bowls generally have at least one error - typically chicken or beef added to my vegetarian wife's food making it inedible for her. We often marvel at how bizarrely they fill the order.

We got kids meals tonight and they were sans chips/milk as usual but one "plain cheese" quesadilla came with barbacoa and the other "plain cheese" one came with carnitas. We then re-ordered and the replacement food was wrong too. I'm not certain how Chipotle management has trained people to get orders so consistently wrong, but they definitely have a knack for it. I can only imagine that they tell their employees to just shove whatever they happen to have in the bag, assuming that we will just eat it and perhaps blame the mistake on the delivery service. But this is clearly a problem with the restaurant. We have had no problems with these delivery services when ordering from establishments other than Chipotle.

I'm not sure why Chipotle is so incompetent, but I'm done with Mexican Roulette. I'll never order...

You sent me an email asking how I liked my 1st online order, but there was no button to answer and when I responded to the email it came back not deliverable. So I will respond here: Not so great. Of course I have had Chipotle before, but dislike online orders and you guys are just the same as everywhere else. I got there 10 minutes early and still my food was done ages ago and was already getting cold. It wasn't sitting in the shelves you have set up, so I still had to wait for a team member to wait on me. I ordered double meat in mine, what I got didn't really seem like it.... I don't understand why people order online at all??? I don't use DoorDash or any of those services for the same reason. Why go to fast food to get cold greasy food when I can make it at home and its so much better. But if short on time that day, if I really must go to fast food, and more specifically to Chipotle, I will just walk in from now on. Taking the few minutes it takes to get a hot meal when my family is short on time is worth it. Never again will I use your online ordering. First of All-ordered online. picked up order and glanced in bag for my $3.50 drink cup. wasn’t in bag so I went to cashier and got it. Drove home and unpacked order. No Queso Dip with the chips. First tried using the robotic service and got nowhere. Tried called the actual restaurant and no answer. Waited a while and tried calling again. The young guy listened as I told him what had happened from the no drink cup to the no Queso in my order. Without hesitation, he asked if I wanted to come back in!!! I said no I would like a credit or gift card. He said no but I’ll give you a number to call. I said no thanks and hung up. So I get nothing for a wrong order? and to boot-I tipped them before I picked upy order. This has led me to not tip anymore until I receive the correct order. Not going back there. Awful...
