Rush Bowls — Restaurant in Four Corners States

Update! Shon (one of the owners), definitely knows the meaning of customer service! He continues to make sure that everything goes perfectly & that I continue to come back & am appreciated as a customer! If you want a place with the highest quality food, where you know they TRULY appreciate your business, this is THE place! This is now my regular Rush Bowls. BTW, I did see some negative reviews around 3 months ago where people stated there was either a mistake or other issue that they were unhappy about AND I just want to say that if you are not satisfied or a mistake is made, PLEASE contact them before simply leaving a negative review because they go above and beyond and truly want every customer to be happy with what they get and will take care of you!

Rachel is seriously the BEST! I know it's hard to update from "I'm already super happy with this place and they have five stars" but today they thoroughly impressed me! I got a personal call from them to try to make my deliveries, which I get pretty regularly, easier for me and more convenient! Rachel ALWAYS goes above and beyond and I am INSANELY impressed!!!! I truly could not recommend them anymore than I already do & again today they REALLY showed me what above and beyond customer service looks like!!

Original Review: I'm SO happy this location opened!! I go to Rush bowls because with my medical conditions oftentimes it is the only way, AND the healthiest way, for me to get protein and sustenance. The first time I visited this location, Rachel assisted me and she was outstanding!! The next time I went the person who helped me was definitely not as fast and it took much longer than I think it should have but considering this place had just opened and I asked for quite a few, I wasn't super upset about it. I think the atmosphere in this place, including the building itself and the decorations, are great & I love the fact that I can actually get delivery from this location, which I sadly was unable to do at my usual Denver location (which I do still love!). I actually had put in a delivery order and when I received my first delivery order I noticed that one of the bowls wasn't completely full, so I called immediately and said I'll order again in 2 weeks (I usually get 14 of the exact same type of bowl and then freeze them so I can have one everyday) and when I do please just give me a free one to make up for the one that was not filled all the way. I just put in my second delivery order this past weekend and made a note saying "I was told I could get a free one because the last time I got one that was barely half full" and they did just that for me! I was EXTREMELY happy that they held up to what they said they would and I'm ALWAYS EXTREMELY happy with my bowls! I usually get rush bowls all the time and for the most part they are good but it’s usually at the Thornton location. I decided to try the one down here expecting the same thing but it was not. I got two bowls and one bowl was good like usual but my bowl was VERY watery and it honestly had ZERO flavor. I tried to get them to make me another as I thought it could be a honest mistake but the girl with dark/black hair very rudely told me that I’d have to pay for another one. I’ve been to many places and I understand if I already ate it all I wouldn’t get a replacement, but I didn’t even eat it all other places would happily re make it. I took my bowl that was literally like water and left because I wasn’t going to pay for another one when I already paid for one. Needless to say I will not be returning and I advise you to check your bowls before because I guess you’re stuck with whatever they give you even if it’s a water bowl. The smoothies here are genuinely good with lots of options for different dietary needs, and the protein bowls make it an easy stop before or after a workout. It’s convenient, quick, and has that mix of corporate polish with a mom and pop vibe that could really take off once they find their rhythm.

That said, the atmosphere can feel a little inconsistent. Sometimes you’re greeted warmly, other times the attitude feels less welcoming. I get that running a new business is stressful, but how you treat people, customers or otherwise, makes a big difference in whether folks come back. I’ve also seen situations where feedback from customers wasn’t taken seriously, which surprised me given how much potential this spot has.

I honestly wish them the best because the concept and menu are solid, but hopefully the people side of things catches up to...
