I was pleasantly surprised that there was no line when I entered this Jimmy John's location (5846 S Wadsworth Blvd unit 3400 Littleton, CO) on Nov. 15, 2019 just before 1pm. So, I was able to order right away. The employee who took my order was pleasant and professional. After waiting about 15 minutes for my order, I noticed that people who had arrived after I did were receiving their orders before me. After inquiring about my order, it appeared that they completely forgot my order or mistakenly closed it out as compete. Or it could have been mistakenly put in with a delivery order which they were also busy working on. Also, the employee who originally took my order never gave me a receipt after I paid but she was later able to find my order in the cash register terminal. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait for another 15 to 20 minutes for them to make my sandwich, so I asked for a refund which they did without question or complaint. The employee was able to find my order in the cash register and voided my transaction which I paid by card. She did give me a receipt for the voided transaction which I appreciated. I recently moved to Littleton from out of state and I always had good experiences at Jimmy John's back home. I don't know what happened at this location or why my order was lost. They appeared to be busy working on delivery orders. So, maybe they need more staff help around lunch time to assist customers who actually come to the store? After all, their slogan is that they are "freaky fast". Sorry, but not fast at all for me and my lost order. I'm very disappointed in their service, so I'm giving a 1 star because it was a complete waste of time during my lunch break. the owner attempting to reuse bags from the floor -the owner washing dishes so poorly they still had mayo and other bits of food -the owner's wife using floor degreaser for bread boxes -the owner coming in to open but actually not doing anything, causing us to run out of bread during lunch rushes the owner is incapable of responding to reviews because he does not understand technology. On many occasions I wished I was able to respond to and apologize for these reviews myself -the owner paid his son more money than other employees to drive deliveries -we warned him that we needed him to stay and help or we would run out of the fresh meat and bread, since we were understaffed and have to slice and bake daily. He went home and did not care the day I quit my coworkers and I repeatedly told him we were out of everything and he did nothing -he attempted to open during a snowstorm causing a driver to lose money and time he raised the store wages to attract new employees, but spoke to each employee individually and pretended that they received a personal raise dueto their hard work -he refused to give the managers health insurance -they were paid less than any other Jimmy John's managers in the area -our female general manger was underpaid by a few thousand dollars compared to the male assitant manager despite equal hours worked.

Employee working claiming to be manager can't make the sandwiches right I called to issue complaint all I wanted [was a credit or the avocado that was forgotten this was never offered). The so called supervisor refused to assist states I could only get my correct sandwich if I brought back the old sandwich so they could throw it away. Refused to provide name so when I file my complaint with corporate they can be listed appropriately sorry you're scared to make a sandwich right and give the customer what they paid for. I would never return here used to come a couple times a week. Such a shame. Also the employee lied and said I threatened him when I called on the phone to get my issue fixed. All I said was I wasn't going to drive back for $1.50 worth of avocado jimmy John's had to steal from a paying customer. I never even went back to the store I simply took three minutes to call voicing my displeasure and 5 minutes for a bad review.
