Starbucks — Restaurant in Colorado

The staff did not acknowledge me at all. I felt like I had to beg for their attention to recieve service. All the Starbucks staff gave me a dirty look. I do not know if they were just prejudice or just super young people who are obviously not great at customers service. We are all going through something but I do not appreciate not being acknowledge. I will not return. None of them said thank you or even have a great day. I have a dairy allergy. I ordered a drink, I saw them make it with 2%, realise they had made a mistake, and then proceed to pour out the cup and remake the drink in the same cup. I didn’t say anything because they all seemed so preoccupied, so I gave it to my husband when I got home because I was too scared I was going to puke my brains out if I drank it.

I don’t know if this is standard practice, but if it is, I’m certainly skipping the Starbucks...

Baristas were on the ball when I ordered. My wife and I order a specific drink and them employees only get the order right about 1/3 of the time. We have been back multiple times to this location just to make sure that we get the right order. They've only gotten it "wrong" once, and that is because they didn't blend a shot vs. just adding it at the end, which half the time they ask my preference so it wasn't that...
