Einstein Bros. Bagels — Restaurant in Parker

Ordered ahead and stood around for about 15 minutes before someone called out asking who was waiting on mobile orders. Instead of placing orders in the online ordering section like usual, they were keeping them in the Uber eats section and facing tickets inwards, so people couldn’t easily see their own order. Turns out mine had been ready the entire time I was there.

Same girl who had this system going was handed the creamer carafe my a customer and asked to refill but she just put it on the counter and forgot about it. Those customers eventually just left instead of waiting for her.

I stopped into this store for a quick breakfast. It is unlike any other einsteins I have been into as it doesn't have a seating area or a drive thru. However the quick efficient super friendly staff was wonderful. You could really tell they were working as a team to get everyone taken care of. They were more than friendly, they were familiar with their regulars and easy going and relationship building with new people. Becky especially was great. Coming from a cystomer service manager background i really take service experience personally. And the food (I got the brisket bagel sandwhich) was so good way better option Than other fast food breakfasts . Definitely...

I’m not usually one to leave reviews but I’ve stopped by a couple times before heading to work since they opened. Every experience has been great, adding Einsteins to Parker was a fantastic idea!! Staff is awesome and food is fantastic! The main reason I’m writing this is because I feel like people don’t realize new restaurants aren’t going to be smooth off the bat, it takes time to get in the rhythm! Patiences is key! So take it easy on the staff it’s stressful! Everyone is doing a wonderful job keep up...
