This store has great customer service. Good selection of watches and jewelry in store and you can order pretty much any brand from Bulova to Movado to Rolex. They have good selection of jewelry pieces and special order other designer jewelry. I had my watch fixed here before and link bracelet shortened. Good, friendly service with good reasonable price. I also had one of my very dainty necklaces knotted, no matter how many needles and magnifying glasses I used, I couldn’t get them out. Brought it here, and once again, friendly and polite customer service. Used their special equipment and skills to get the knots out and didn’t want to charge me for the service. I brought my Citizen Eco Drive watch into Prestige because it had stopped running and I thought it would need to be repaired or replaced. The owner told me he could replace the part, but advised me to first put the watch under a lamp for 72 hours to possibly reactivate it, and if that didn’t work, he’d replace the part for me. Well, I did what he advised, and lo and behold, my watch is working fine again! Thank you Prestige for being knowledgeable, and honest! Old-school ways of doing things are a lost art.
