Black Jack Pizza Review I had a deeply disappointing and concerning experience at Black Jack Pizza. While placing our order, I observed troubling hygiene practices that made me question the safety of the food. One employee was using a computer and then immediately handled pizza with the same dirty gloves, with no attempt to change them or wash their hands. Another employee working the register transitioned to preparing food without washing their hands or wearing gloves, which is a major red flag for food safety. Additionally, I noticed pizza sauce sitting out on the table at room temperature, which raised concerns about proper food storage. After witnessing these practices, we decided to scale back our order from what we originally planned and only got a large pizza for the kids. Unfortunately, my suspicions about food safety were confirmed when my daughter developed diarrhea just two hours after eating and felt unwell for the entire following day, likely due to food poisoning. The lack of basic hygiene protocols, like handwashing and proper glove use, combined with improper food storage, made this a risky and unpleasant experience. I strongly advise others to be cautious when considering this location. Black Jack Pizza needs to address these serious sanitation issues to ensure customer safety. I really enjoyed the pizza, however this review is based on the COVID precautions that were not being utilized.

After ordered, we sat in the car for the allotted 15 minutes right in front of the window where the staff were making orders. I witnessed one larger man making pizzas without a mask on before we entered the store, also no one was wearing gloves.

The true issue I had was when I witnessed another staff member making the pizzas (gloveless), open the fridge, take his phone out of his pocket and text, put his phone back in his pocket and resumed making the pizzas with spreading the dough, sprinkling on the cheese and putting on the pepperoni without washing his hands once. We all know that germs spread, and in these more than ever we need to practice PROPER hand hygiene. We ordered on line and there. System changed the address and phone number so when my pizza went out I had to call them back 😂😂😂😂 the manager put me on hold and then came back with a great lie well he must have thought it was he tells me that they called the number and they said they gave it to unit 202 lol right so the numbe they had was a neighbor that has the same number but one digit in my complex of 4 building tild me they would remake it it wuld be 30 minutes well 1 hr later it got to me so a grand total of 2.5 hrs to get an ice cold pizza man so incalled and theybgot the manager he told me he had ny info and in a rud tone like I did something wrong told me he would refud me and have a nice day and hung up on me trash ran place this is the the 3 time they have screwed up are order will never...
