Disco's On The Go — Restaurant in Columbia Township

The staff were super friendly and offered great suggestions. I got chatting with the staff/owner(?) and when I asked if I could request something that’s not on the menu to be smoked, he was super accommodating and was genuinely interested to try something new! He seems like a man who loves cooking good food!

Got the ribs and they were AMAZING!! I loved the smokiness and the sauce was not overpowering! Not only that, the portions were huge! Had lots of leftover for the next day and they tasted great still.

Super excited to try more of their menu, especially the brisket, and also to request my salt crusted smoked...

I tried Disco’s because was excited to have some snoots for the first time in over 20 years. Mr. Disco brought out some snoot pieces in an aluminum pan and threw them in a deep fryer of sorts.

The plate of food smelled good, but much to my surprise when I got home to eat, the snoots looked burnt with dark sauce on them. I could tell they were overcooked, but I tried to eat them anyways. The pieces were hard and not edible as well as greasy. I was very disappointed in the quality of the food. I ended up throwing the meat away.
