Bought 2 of the sundro carts and a battery there on 4/20. Got home and my cart hit a few times, then acted like the battery was dead.. except it wouldn't charge at all. Neither carts would work with any of the other 4 batteries I have tried either. Took it back, they replaced the battery. Said that this happened to another person too and that it was probably just a messed up battery. Took the new battery home. Put it on the charger, took it off, hit it a few times and then the same exact problem happened again. It will not hit. It will not charge. Now I have to drive 45 mins again just to try to fix it again. At this point I've spent more on gas than I did the carts. Although the staff was polite and replaced the battery. I do not see myself shopping here again and warn others to be wary of purchasing from them as according to the employee that replaced my battery "this has happened to multiple people." I feel that it is really inconsiderate of the business to continue to sell the products that they know have issues. I do not mean to be a total Karen but I'm betting if you spent money on a product, and then couldn't even use it you'd be upset too. Again this is no reflection on the girl that waited on me (pretty red head) she was super kind and did her best to remedy the situation. Unfortunately this falls on hippos as a business. Shop at...

Two stars for the reusable bag.

Three stars off because of the BAIT AND SWITCH they pulled by misrepresenting the THC content of their product. The website didn't say any THC contents so I went into the store. The rep, very friendly, looked in the system and told me what the percents were for some specific ones, and I chose flower that she said had 22%. I get home, open the package, and it's 14%.

I called in and asked them to run the numbers on that, and gave them the info on the packaging. They did some math with their formula using the TCH and THCa and she said it came back the same, not 22%. She said sorry, but that was about it, and I had to ask for someone to call me about it, and she confirmed my phone number.They definitely didn't bother to call me.

She was pretty nonchalant about it, and I find that insulting. Don't tell me something is 22% when it's 14%. Don't tell me someone will call me back when they won't.

So here it is my revised review. If I'm honest I go to a few different distillerys. I love to try new things and finding better flowers and accessories. I been wanting the hippos festival packs. It comes with a great verity of items. Everything you would need to stay Golden a whole weekend and still have some left on Monday.It Even comes with a pretty pink fanni pack to keep it all with you. Today I finally score the fanni pack itself. Because of the huge popularity of the festival packs. I wasn't able to get one that way. However today at Hippos if you spend 100$ you can get one for free! Well another great thing Hippos does on certain Saturday you can get a Zip for 150$. That was actually cheaper than buying the festival pack. Isn't that so Awesome! Two really great amazing deals on the same day. At the same place. Wow 🙂 That to me is a 10 of 5 stars!
